Very informative video and tour. Just a quick question, if you can eat at the Barcelo Palace buffet (your video on it looks delicious) if I’m staying at the tropical or beach or caribe. Thank you.

Sadly no- that’s in a higher tier - just at the other smaller Barcelos.
Thank you for this video I really like it did you book this directly through them or third party and do you have any recommendations for someone who never booked a resort before

We usually book through a third party, which includes our flights and hotel transfers. I would recommend doing the same if it’s your first time booking a resort. We usually use Expedia or Tripcentral. 👍🏻

If you lift off the seat cushion, you can see the mattress underneath.
Premium level has unlimited ala cart, and room service food is free..also big 40% discount on their spa.. 👍

They have the same power outlets as USA and Canada 👍🏻
Thanks for the video/ Planning to go there in a few weeks. Whar would you suggest for the transfer? we go with 2 kids .Book in advance or book at the airport ?

We usually book in advance 👍🏻 we used Canada Transfers and they were excellent. You can book online as well 👌🏻👌🏻

No, it’s the Mayan Riviera near Playa del Carmen- about 1.5 hours south of Cancun 👍🏻
