Just stayed there a week ago. Room was fine but would have preferred more bathroom privacy when taking care of business. You want to be sure you are comfortable with those you are sharing the room with.

Hey Dan, thank you for taking the time to circle back with some feedback after your recent visit. Yes, I have heard from some that the open washroom does create challenges. The doors on both the shower and toilet area help but I understand others would prefer a second door to enclose the entire washroom area. Thank you again for taking the time to share some feedback. Hi Wendy ( @wendywhite509 ) all rooms at the resort have a mini fridge. At the 3:26 mark of the video you watched it is in the cupboard underneath the coffee maker. I'm not sure why I didn't show it as I do in most, if not all, other videos. It is stocked daily and you can request more or less of certain items. Hey Brandon, thanks for watching one of my room tour videos from Barcelo Bavaro Palace. The bathroom area is a bit of a hybrid which some people don't like and others love. Yes, the sinks are open to the rest of the room but the shower and toilet area do have closing doors which offer a bit of privacy. The Family Rooms offer a more traditional style washroom where everything is behind one door (toilet, shower, sinks) same with the panoramic suite. If the washroom set up is going to be a challenge see if you can change your room in advance or upon arrival at the resort. The Junior Suite Ocean Front rooms are located in all buildings and are the closest to the beach/ocean. All balconies face the beach/ocean whereas the the regular Junior Suites all face inward to your buildings courtyard area. Hi JF, I believe you asked if all the washrooms are set up like the one in this Junior Suite Premium Level. The washrooms are set up like this in the Junior Suites, Superior Rooms and Duplex Rooms but they are more closed in other room types such as the Family Room and rooms that have two washroom areas. We didn't find it to be an issue with our family but I can see how others might feel they are not as private as they are used to having.
