I ordered one on eBay. She came today. I'm sharing your excitement! I have the dark hair solo in the spotlight reproduction. I'm ready to find reproduction sewing patterns and make her a period wardrobe.

I have that doll in it's box. I bought it at a thrift shop as I do collect formal Barbie's. I don't have a big collection, but my Mom does. I bought it for her and she already had it. I tried to give it away to my friend's daughter but she didn't want it. So, I kept it and ten years later she is sitting on my dresser with a few other toys I have. I think she is gorgeous and love the vintage looking Barbie. It would be nice if she was an original, but they are very hard to come by. The box was already opened and her instructions and booklets are missing, but she is still sealed behind her cardstock matting. The box is in good shape and I think she is very valuable for sentimental reasons.

If the stand is too tight get a hair dryer and heat the claw part, when it's a bit warm try pulling it a bit to stretch it. I did it too mine now it's a bit easier to reattach.

Naturalgirl0627 Reproduction are such a fun play with doll. She was dusty..lol 😆

To be honest I don't love the fabric used in her dress, if you have long nails or a display cabinet with edges, the dress could snag easily because her dress is made out of plastic fibers and also her gloves is not sewn but laminated on the sides which is soo disapointing.
