Barbell Bomb
The Barbell Bomb is a reimagination of the landmine that simple slides onto the end of a barbell and can turn any surface into a stationary landmine. The barbell bomb is made out of a high-density foam that will stand the test of time while weighing in at only 4 ounces. With the Barbell Bomb attached to a barbell you can do everything you would do with a traditional landmine.
Including:
- Presses
- Rows
- Rotational work
- Push presses
- Push jerk
- Squats
- Split squats
- Lumberjack deadlifts
- And so much more!
Dimensionally the Barbell Bomb is about 7” long and will take up about 5.5” of the barbell sleeve when installed. Additionally, the Barbell Bomb can be used and a handle for the opposite side of the barbell when in a landmine to provide a very comfortable grip for movements such as push presses and goblet squats.

Just got mine in the mail today. Love it! Don't have to fuss with a clunky heavy landmine attachment. Plus put a 45lb plate on the floor . This is lightweight, slip it on your barbell like a condom, and go to town!!!

Hi looks awesome. If I’ve got a bench and squat rack barbell and a bunch of DBs what purposes would this serve?
Can it be used for exercises that require you to lean up against the plate on the barbell? Like landmine hack squats? Will it support the bodyweight?

Yes but only if your bodyweight is not more than what the barbell is rated for.
Got mine this past week. It there anything I have to do to keep it from sliding on the floor? It doesn't seem to be sticking to the gym floor.

Mine as well. Am disappointed in this product. And I have horse stall matts and it still slides. Pretty irritating.
