    Peeing before rebounding does not mean "you will find that you won't lose the urine". That statement is a good indication that Barabara hasn't actually helped women with prolapse get better through rebounding. Ask me how I know.

    @stevevernon5038 because I've had prolapse for years and tried many timed to do gentle rebounding routines (always emptying my bladder first of course) and even still I have to wear a pad and it will be soaked within 10 minutes. Other than that, I don't leak when I laugh or sneeze...just rebounding. Sharing my experience I have heard from countless women who experience the same leakage only when rebounding despite emptying their bladders beforehand. It's honestly kind of insulting for Barbara to sort of laugh and say to simply empty your bladder beforehand as if we hadn't thought to do that. Not to mention it reveals her lack of pelvic floor knowledge and makes me question why she is advising on this subject.
