  i dont think i deal with the hormonal imbalances, but i have always been having VERY painful periods ( cramps, sweat like a pig, pass out...). so i am wondering if i use this yam cream to help with the period cramps, will it mess up my hormones? and i am also using the evening prime rose oil (for about 1 month now- ppl say it helps with period cramps, smoothens the skin). should i use either Eve prime rose oil or i can combine i with this wild yam cream?

  I never dyed my hair or even straightened it, never played with my hair, now at 67years l am losing a lot of hair daily, my holistic told me it's my Thyroid, and sent me a lot of vitamins that nothing worked .

  Peeing before rebounding does not mean "you will find that you won't lose the urine". That statement is a good indication that Barabara hasn't actually helped women with prolapse get better through rebounding. Ask me how I know.

  @stevevernon5038 because I've had prolapse for years and tried many timed to do gentle rebounding routines (always emptying my bladder first of course) and even still I have to wear a pad and it will be soaked within 10 minutes. Other than that, I don't leak when I laugh or sneeze...just rebounding. Sharing my experience I have heard from countless women who experience the same leakage only when rebounding despite emptying their bladders beforehand. It's honestly kind of insulting for Barbara to sort of laugh and say to simply empty your bladder beforehand as if we hadn't thought to do that. Not to mention it reveals her lack of pelvic floor knowledge and makes me question why she is advising on this subject.

  I’ve had about 10! Very bad teeth! I was watching a documentary on Netflix about this man who had problems for years- MANY problems and turns out it was a bad root canal. They also talked about “the dental meredian”- FASCINATING stuff! Unfortunately I don’t remember the name

  DON'T DO THE CASTOR OIL AND COTTON!!!!!!!! So I had internal Hemmoirds for a. couple ofdays and I went to the pharmacist to get some suppositories I've done them for 3 days and got better.   This is horrible advice. Your promoting high amounts of carbs which then turn to sugar and glutamine which the cancer needs to grow and reproduce. Man I hate the internet sometimes
