What an excellent and insightful conversation that I really enjoyed listening to!

One more actual tale: A wise chemistry professor in Kansas once passed on sage advice to a young student looking for someone to help with actual good advice for living life, & I have found it as true today as then, “Find those who like you for /who you are.” He said it with kindness and compassion for a kid being regularly abused without any real role models to turn to, & I never forgot it. I hope it helps President Obama when he feels down (if he didn’t already know that one) ♥️

As time goes by, you’ll need to find those who don’t like you and challenge you, and against your usual stream, your boat need to be shaken up and down, left and right. It’s the toughest thing that really bring about the maturity you see it around you on elder ppl, and those you admire as role models.

Regardless how he thought and spoke, the truth is, a lot of Obama voters and moderates are now admitting he’s an entirely overrated, largely failed president who was far more radical than he ever let on. He’s also obsessed with celebrity and not very loyal to the people who helped him along the way. In other words, @Fer=bf81v, Obama's pretty much the guy his critics on the right said he was all along. So much for that "reason" and "eloquence," eh?

No person should be collecting a paycheck and living on the street; they need housing security that isn't detrimental to their health. This is where we continue to see disparities in value. Do people choose to be democratically poor?
