Bang Bang Shrimp was made popular by the restaurant Bonefish Grill. This shrimp dish is their signature appetizer. According to them, Bang Bang Shrimp is "often replicated but never duplicated".
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
1/4 teaspoon Sriracha - amzn.to/3Ale4e6
1 pound shrimp shelled and deveined
1/2 cup buttermilk
3/4 cup cornstarch
canola oil for frying

Replace the Sriracha with 1/4 cup Garlic Chili Sauce, add a tbsp each of lemon juice and vinegar. Those are the ingredients Bonefish uses.

Don't they top it off with chives ?? or something as garnish too? (not necessary but trying to remember)
