Bandai’s Super Star Destroyer Model Kit Diorama Tutorial by Plastic Star Wars

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Building a diorama of the Executor crashing into the Death Star from start to finish. Shot entirely on my iPhone. No fancy editing, VO or BGM, just simply put together using iMovie. To see more of my builds, look me up on instagram:)

always been a fan of your insta, so seeing longform videos from you is a treat! might want to add some music next time, 40+ minutes of building asmr and no talking isn't everyone cup of tea.

Thanks so much for sharing. It is really helpful to see how a build that looks so good in the end comes together. I am continually surprised by how people build things. This has shown me many useful techniques and given me a few ideas too. Also I had no idea how big that kit was from the treasure or Instagram. I would have said many times larger 😄. Looking forward to more videos from you. I’m sure they will get views.

I wonder if it would be possible to create a dark, see-through display case for this, so that it could be viewed in daylight. One-way glass would just create mirrors inside, so maybe it could be possible to create a small scale of the one-way fabric used in hunting nets, like some sort of matte, non-reflective one-way glass. With this, looking into the display from one side would have it surrounded by 3 black sides on the inside.

That’s a great idea. The SSD looks much better in the darkness of space:)
