The thing that sticks out to me the most is how much different Saiki sounds on this compared to now.

I won't say that Awkward is "underrated", but it does fly under the radar. Thanks for doing it because it needs more recognition, as does Anemone, Puzzle, Moratorium, Sayonakidori and a bag load of other songs. Band-Maid has sooooo many hidden gem's that it's not funny. It's rare to find a band that can produce an album where all songs are of high quality..... and yet Band-Maid has "4" of them. (THEY don't include "Maid In Japan", "New Beginning" and "Brand New Maid" as official albums....... but even they are effing great.) Keep up the great work. I just re-watched the Acoustic concert and I have to say Miku's reworking of Sayonakidori is my fav. It is my favourite song from Unseen World (So Spotify tells me), and she nailed it. Seeing Miku performing without Kanami made her cred skyrocket...imo. such a brilliant show.

Love their Just Bring It Period. Kanami has such tasteful and short sweep picking solos. afterlife and alone are other great ones. by the way, you should check out screaming

Just Bring It has so many good songs on it, I pretty much rank it neck & neck with WD and Conqueror.

This is from the same concert as Puzzle and Moratorium that you've previously reacted to (and Matchless GUM that you've heard in a livestream). The full concert is available on Prime. You're only one or two songs away from being able to listen to it with no spoilers. :)

@@snowdog5895 Blatantly hosting copyrighted material without the consent of the owner is most certainly illegal, & bili bili does it all the time. They don't give a damn about copyright laws of the rest of the world, so they should not be supported. If you enjoy Band-Maid's music, then you should want to support them for their hard work in creating it by watching & supporting the official distribution of their material, which is Band-Maid Prime in this case.

@@snowdog5895 Your intention is honorable, & I don't hold it against you for not knowing. I apologize if I seemed hostile, the subject of pirating the Maids music is an infuriating one to me. They work their asses off, as you know, to bring us some of the best music to come out in the last 20 years maybe more. Sites like bili-bili and idiots uploading their payed only content there are literally stealing money from their pockets, & these women deserve every Yen they earn. We are good by the way, & long live The Maids, Po!✌🕊

There is another very good version of "Awkward" done acoustically out there in YT land and it's a Saiki & Kanami one with a different arrangement.... if you can find it.

It is not so much Band-Mais fun know that " Awkward " and " Anemone " are hidden masterpiece ballad songs of Band-Maid .

Just Bring It album will always be my favorite even though WD, CQ & UW is much better. I just can't get it out of my head

Wave: Go back and listen to the XMas Acoustic Okyu-ji - you're right: this is where Misa joined Saiki & Kanami. Misa preserves one of the signature riffs of this song - the sort of lead-in to the breakdown around 1:10 on the album version - the da-da-da-dah, da-da-da-dah ... on her bass. It's the only "mention" of that riff in the acoustic version. It's so Band-Maid to include that little chestnut as a nod to fans of the song. My music vocab sucks.

Ohrenje has an acoustic version on his channel, I'm surprised you didn't throw it in as well.

It's not, but the copyright holder is free to allow use wherever they like. They don't tend to bother reactors much. They defiantly claim the revenue though.

It's pretty obvious you have no actual expertise in any of this. My videos are ALL still available, and in dispute with KZread as I now have letters from RIAJ and GUMP stating RIAJ owns NO COPYRIGHT and the owner never requested any action. KZread is the roadblock. My distribution methods are really none of your business but I am still putting out one video per week and getting them to viewers. I don't really need Bilibili ... or your "sage advice" because you are wrong ... again. BTW, you never addressed the OP's question. If you'd like to go ask Old Mr. B a question, please do so. Care to explain?
