i love how covid is really forcing fashion brands to get creative and i truly feel like we're getting some of the best shows and looks in a while. none of this would have happened if covid never happened.

@@ov7515 Yes. Of course. But getting Air France to allow the crew on airplane wings and in the hanger is special. And also $$$. Years ago I was a location scout and can only imagine the complications involved. But worth the effort.
This was so stunning! Best runway show of the season hands down. Olivier, you are a genius.

For people who dont attend fashion week, i think they'd be wow with this. But, there's usually a "social" aspect to fashion weeks that these online events cannot replicate

i agree with you, but think that it should have both the live show and after a more conceptual runway like this one, where we can see close ups of the pieces and emerge into what the desingner and brand want to display.

The men’s looks are FANTASTIC! Whimsical and powerful without falling into the trap of looking overly conceptual and disconnected from their purpose. Bravo!
The models are so into this you can tell. The pieces are perfection camera angles and settings A++ these shows from LV to BalmAin has been top notch and so creative
This is an experience! In the era of social alienation, communicating the message is a virtue, especially tangible like cloth.

Refreshing! Mesmerising! The location/runway! The designs & colours! The music! Well communicated message during these almost contactless times. Excellent production from all who took part in it's creation.
Love love love every second of this runway show!!!! We've covered other runway shows and loved them but THIS one is BY FAR our favorite!!! The paper plane handbags, omg! Every look, accessory, background scene, camera trick, choreographed walk... every one was so great! This was such a fun show to watch!

I can't stop admiring the creation and sensitivity that is implicit in the artistic talent of fashion designers. This is a perfect example of how art manifests itself in clothing and how manifestations of creation can be created in jackets, dresses, skirts and shoes that transform thought and reality. I applaud Olivier for his art, for his talent that is exhibited in this very sublime and well-accomplished collection. Today I see how a concept such as asymmetry is taken to a level of extremely high complexity and beauty and, at the same time, my senses enjoy a collection full of details, textures and colors that enhance femininity and masculinity. Again Balmain unravels me and makes me fall in love.

This was the best representation of a concept/idea so far. The juxtaposition between Trade Apparel and Luxury, I am not sure what I think about it. Overall, interesting, diverse, understandable, accessible, at least in concept if not price.
