This could go from very fun very painful in an instant but still keep it up put it on a bolt use a spacer and put a nut on the end and then hold it in a vice and stand out of the line of rotation

Mine blew of a finger punched a hole in my abdomen and lodged a ball bearing 2in in my head. Loss of left eye and finger is no fun.
