Heres an experiment: apply all of Auntie Ethel's potions to the goblin camp punch bowl.

@@TheLalacream Yah I tested this out and it seems none of the potions wants to combine with the punch bowl which is sad :( This seems like a great spot for some craziness to occur. Maybe in later patches the devs might put something like that in.

You can actually remove some of these “curse” effects that the potions add with the remove curse spell. Can also remove it by fully dying and then reviving, but doing that will also remove certain buffs, like Loviatar’s Love.

Ahhh, I was going to say, could we keep the +2 to strength while remove the -1 to strength? It would turn the potion into a weak, strength potion, but still maybe useful.

I was playing with my buddy and i was like "maybe we shouldnt drink those" and then he drank all of them. Good times

GOD. DAMN. I seriously understimated wiz gale, forget getting stuck in that portal due to technicalities. Nerd boy was just too thick for a single plane to handle at once.

Not only is he thick, but he's got abs for days. I think all that Gale does at the camp are leg raises, situps, and squats.

I like to believe that Gale is a scientist at heart. Also that he is too nice to test these experiments on anyone else sooo he decided to volunteer himself. Some day he will research pants and wear them.

Ah, she is too fun of a character to kill for me, but maybe next time on the real dark playthrough ill butcher her or help her :P The potions are still good if you want to feed Gale anytime!

Really, I need to mod the game to make all the salami, Slim Jims now. Whenever I hear meat stick, its a slim jim and thinking of Withers getting hit by one makes me chuckle.

Its true you can toss them at the enemies, but you got to have that good aim. Otherwise my attempts at trying to make the insanity potion work with 80% chance failed 90% of the times I tried.

Where's potion of vitality? The one you use to save Efron? Not in the chest or in Arron's shop as the wiki implies

Ah you're talking about the basilisk potion to turn the guy from stone back to flesh? I was thinking where the heck did I pick that up too, but I want to say it was in the Cellar of the blighted village. The crazy part is that there is only one of those potions around. I still have mine because when I used it on the guy he just well died. I think it was because I left Auntie Ethel alive...so that was an issue.

@@helicalgoose no no I have the basilisk oil. I searched around and a guide says that you can save Efron by throwing a basilisk oil and a potion o vitality on him. If you Google the potion of vitality the wiki says you can find it in a chest in Ethel's house and in Arron's shop, but it isn't there...

Basilisk Oil is in a few places around the game. Its pretty rare tho, one is for sure in Blighted Village Cellar. Necromancer quarters, where you talk to the mirror. You can also use greater restoration spell against petrification i think.

I’ve collected 10 of those basilisk potions but I’ve never had to use them. I think in act 2 or 3 you can buy them from some sellers

Ah that vitality potion! Yes, I was actually looking for that too! I am convinced it doesn't exist! The reason is that, because I have been stealing everything off camera and have chests full of everything organized and the potion chests, I do not have a potion of vitality. It might in a vendor's shop, but I do not see it currently, but now I am curious where it could be if one exists at all!

what if we throw potion of madness at some npc?

If the potion connects then it applies to the person it hits with. Downside is that if it doesn't connect, then it does nothing. No AOE on it :(

unfortunately not :( A real miss by the devs! Just think of half the goblins going insane causing a big brawl to start :P

I can understand why dislike Gale. That said, Withers deserves no shade whatsoever.

I am only mad at Withers since we can't romance them. Seeing how the BG3 work, I wouldn't be surprised to see that addition later in the game, but Wither is going to charge us for it!
