Does the bottom storage compartment hit on bakflip covers rail when fully opening compartment?

Yes, the truck will contact the rails once it is 75-80% open. Any cover that uses a rail system on this truck is going to do the same, which is almost all of them.

You can only open it if tailgate can be opened. If you can lock your tailgate your good
