Yummy ! I have some Skinless Pork Italian Hot Sausage Meat from my Butcher, I think I'm going to add some Sauteed Eggplant to the Zucchini. I was going to make Lasagna, but this looks nice and DIFFERENT, my Family always likes "new" things.

I always watched your show on you tube channel as well as I appreciate it very much.
My grandfather used to make pigs feet and knuckles in tomato sauce. The pork gave the sauce such a great flavor. So, so good!! So I am anxious to try this dish with pork in the sauce. Brings back memories. Miss him.
