Love Jacques and Lidia. National treasures culinarily-speaking. They always have the best recipes. And this one is no different. As this one Jacques video that I saw in the past has it: "Egg-ceptional."

May our Sweet Savior, Jesus, Bless them always. Love them
Jacques, "I love Itallian wine, I love any free wine!" Priceless. 10:25
Aww I love these two. It's always great to see and hear from Chef Pepin.
Watching these two Lydia and Jacques come on it doesn't get any better I love them both
Lidia has been on television for 25 years but still learning from Jacques the master himself I love it!
Such a beautiful friendship! You can feel the love. ❤
As soon as JP said this was named for his mother, I knew it would have persillade in it. He's mentioned how much she loved it and put it on everything. I always want to add lemon but it's delicious as is. I've never cooked a hard boiled and filled egg that way but love the crisping. There's an Indian egg curry that cooks them, too, but this mustard vinaigrette will be hard to beat!
Just seeing the admiration from lidia was so powerful. Thank you for the video.
I knew about both of these chefs since I was kid. Good to see theyre around.
Merci a ces deux maitres pour chaque lecon et recette. Ici, je trouve encore les memoirs de la cuisine de ma grand-mere et de mes ancetres.
I love watching the pros in doing their specialties. Love watching them on PBS❤
Wow two chef legends on the same show. Amazing!

This is a dream come true to see you two together ❤.
They have a beautiful friendship ❤
I first learned about "Eggs Jeannette" when I read Jacque's autobiography. I've been wanting to make it for years! Thank you for inspiring me to finally do it!
I love them both. I wish Jacques would live forever in the same way I wish Julia Child would've lived forever. I think Jacques probably misses Julia but it's a lovely way for the baton to be passed to Lidia to take Jacques regular role when he did TV shows with Julia since he is such revered in his own way.
Eggs Jeanette is now one of my favorite meatless Monday dishes. I love Jacques filling and sauce, or I sometimes add a bit of curry to it and ‘coronate’ them. They’re absolutely delicious!
Good on camera chemistry Jaques and Lidia! Love the recipe🎉
Oh Jaques! Gracias por compartir todos tus talentos. Muy agradecida. 🇵🇷
- "Would the French egg mind some Italian cheese?" -"Oh, no, I need some cheese!... especially if we have some wine!" Priceless. Thank you both, my 2 favourites, I've learned SO MUCH from you both over the years!! 🍷💐
Love to see you both ...looking forward to trying this recipe 💕
That was so cute. I loved the bantering back and forth. The eggs sound like an alternative to deviled eggs, which I make with mayonnaise. I have to give these a try. Thank you.
They are so cute together. Two talented chefs!
Pure delight watching them work together!!!
@pbsfood about to break the Internet
Love Jacques Pepin...😊
OMG two legends cooking together. How lovely. Stay blessed

They are so cute!
My two favorite cooks fiefs in the world right after my Mother and Nana
I love you both.
The info below says 5 months ago but how long ago was it actually videoed?
Made this tonight, I don't think my family liked it as much as I did.
Chef Pepin is very sweet
My mom watched this show religously jacque on pbs donated to city team and st judes
Bonswa felisitasion bontravay
Take the price tag of the pan! :)
My mom like ming tsai
Mery streep and kevin bacon great actors
Got lidias book for my mother she still takes care of my dad with the help of janey formerly von was her helper had some house keepers two originals then her daughters and then her dominican she had a latin arborist then a second one then athird one named colton i hope they are all ok
I steam my eggs. Easy and better results :)
Still watches francis and friends with jimmy swaggart and gabriel and donnie swaggart gloria visits my parents as does angelaband ky brother marcos
This is great instruction but you really need to get rid of that horrible background music - it makes it seem like this is an insulting comedy routine instead of a serious cooking video of two amazing & respected chefs.
Immigrants can be good when they are invited in and follow the rules as Lidia and Jacques did. When they walk in uninvited and unchecked and often immediately go on welfare, it's not so great.
Lidia is so pushy and controlling in the kitchen. Relax and let others shine for once. Jacques Pepin is so patient. YM
Never seen her on TV...thankfully, how irritating..

Don't be ridiculous. You will live 1/2 of your life over 50, if you live to be 100. One can only hope you will be as witty & vital as these two when you reach their ages, but I doubt it, by you snide remark. Jealous?
