Daisy Paine Hi Daisy. Great. Glad it came out well and you enjoyed it.

Thanks for the video. I just made these and added some finely chopped mushrooms in with the garlic, took off heat and then added chopped cilantro to the mixture. Also just before serving, I melted some butter and drizzled just a bit over each mussel. I also served with option of tartar sauce, seafood sauce and slices of lemon. Great recipe, thanks.

Oh those look yum Dave. I've never really had mussels before but made that way I'd try them

They were nice. I should of put olive oil on the breadcrumbs when baking, they turned out a little mushy, neverless, it was delicious.

Look's really good, but I would personally put the lemon on the side ... That way people can squeeze the lemon to what they want .. This is just my opinion due to no everyone likes lemon ...
