if you want to really kick them up add either Sriracha to your mayo for volcano sauce or for a more savory style add Soy sauce to the mayo then cheese but adding those ingredients to the mayo is far more tasty than just plain mayo

Amazing. amazing delicious yummy gooey goodness. I’m gonna make these today but only blooper I have to deal with is that my girl accidentally got large clams not green lip mussels which is a bummer but hey i’m not gonna let it hold me back from wanting to make them the same way. only difference i’m doing is adding Sriracha to the mayo for half and the rest soy infused mayo then grated cheese then top with green onions out the broiler. If anyone ever done with recipe using clams instead or tasted it let me know if their is any significant difference between clams and mussels that will not make them taste good but I highly doubt it.

make sure to add either some soy sauce to your mayo or Sriracha sauce to the mayo which is called volcano sauce & then you got something really special not just plain mayo
