Bags on the AJP PR7... Learn how to LOMO! ;-)
Following up on the TET pack changes I made this year, I continue to develop the baggage options I can use on the PR7.
The Lomo Medium Adventure Panniers have been the mainstay of my daily use during the first 10,000 kms, carrying the majority of the items that accompany me on every run out. They have taken quite a beating during this time and continue to perform above my expectations.
Having broken a buckle or two on a recent TET trip in the Auvergne region of France and because, in our last couple of outings, Mr Newman had pushed the boundaries of trail difficulty, I took the opportunity to update my crash bar bags to cut-down and redistribute weight. I have been so pleased with the performance of the Lomo products, that their crash bar bag was the obvious choice.

Great well I’ve bought a large set, on my tiger 800 I think I’ll get the crash bar bags after dropping the tiger a few times because prob break some plastic bits at this rate and the bags will protect to some extent

My thinking exactly John, the bags are as tough as nails... but dirt cheap to replace should you ever need too. Good luck with the bags and try to keep it upright, they last longer ;-)
What rrar pannier racks or saddle stays are you using? Do you have a link? Thanks for the vid

Hi! The rack is made by Pamir Travel Systems in Portugal. 2 Versions, mine is with the cut out on the exhaust side. pamir.pt/loja/loja-acessorios-equipamento/apoios-malas-laterais/?v=11aedd0e4327. There are a few other top racks available and at least one other complete rack system out there. If you check out my first video '2 Bikes or 1 AJP PR7' there is a short video showing all around the rack. It is well made, though order times can be extended. Where did you get the side pannier rack system? I'm in the US and want a set for my PR7.

Hopefully you got my Facebook reply? Just in case you didn't. I got them from Pamir Travel Systems in Portugal. 2 versions, mine is with the cut off on the right side, else you can have them as the full height frame.
