Bafang G62 + 75V Battery! 21s 5p Samsung 40T3. Phaserunner Headless. Dual Motor 26x4 Fat Tires Ebike

FLIPSKY 10$ OFF Coupon Code = EBB flipsky.net/discount/EBB?ref=... I made a 75V 20ah battery, 21s 5p Samsung 40T3 cells. I am testing it with my Bafang G62 and a Phaserunner controller on my dual motor fat bike. The Phaserunner is in HEADLESS mode, where there is no cycle analyst, and the throttle connects directly to the Phaserunner.
The front motor is a Bafang G60 on 52V 8AH Samsung 40T3 in 14s 2p on the 600C display with a stock bafang 30A controller.

Dual motors Vs One high power rear motor is like Four wheel drive vs Two wheel drive. One has to know how to drive them. Many people call four wheel drive vehicles "nothing but a death trap". Because they don't know how to drive them. The advantage of all wheel drive is that there's no pushing a stuck wheel.

Front wheel 1000w and 3000w rear is the ultimate. With both connected to the same throttle, you rarely have front wheel spin. Power and traction is excellent. Also, 2 motors always gets you home. If you get a rear flat with only rear drive, you can't use the motor to carry the bike home while walking. AWD, you can walk a flat tire home with power.

I get 41mph on my dual motor smlro with two 52v 30a shark batteries, a splitter and shunt modded both controllers. Im trying real hard to get this bike to 50. 72v would do it it but i cant find higher output dual motor controllers with pas yet.

I know and agree awd bikes can be gimmicky.. but they are my favorite and just a blast! Love the videos.. is hooking cycle analyst up to 2 controllers that aren’t grim tech easy to do?

They have a dual controller splitter for 2 grin controllers to hook to one cycle analyst, then in cycle analyst settings there’s a dual motor mode, might need to upgrade cycle analyst firmware to 3.23beta for that dual motor mode. Its easy enough. But it hooks both motors up to the same throttle, which i don’t like, i prefer to have the front motor on a second throttle

Oh , yeah. Sorry misread that. Hooking up the 2 NON grin tech controllers I’m not sure about, I don’t think GRIN really provides support for that, but the output of the cycle analyst is just a throttle signal that could be split to multiple motors i imagine

Throttle with off on button and a simple $1 volt gauge. No brake cut off, not pas and no display. 60v dual batteries, 1000w 22amp front hub and 3000w 50amp rear hub. Also all upgraded connectors to keep the bike 99.9% reliable.

@@EBikeBuilder_ 21S should be no issue I've seen people push 22S with them (although that is pushing the limit). The surron guys already learned this, 22S is the new 20S for them. Hey idk if you saw my other comments but I've talked to a few different people about bbshd vesc and I can get you multiple peoples settings if needed if your having trouble tuning it let me know. Also for the peek gear on the axum I think I will do what you did, leave leave the oil on the axle. Did you have any slipping on it after that?

I don’t think it was running too hard i was barely giving it throttle. and set 2500w max. i will put a cycle analyst back on the g62 bike. Right now actually. But in general higher voltage runs cooler has been my experience. I don’t Have a temperature sensor in my g62 i never have. I have one from grin a spare g62 that i think does have a temp sensor. and potentially thicker phase wires. Might try it some day, i also have thermistors i could try to put in my g62 but not sure if it would need a whole new motor cable or if there’s a way to get the thermistor wired up to the existing one. Etc
