I highly doubt the pilot was 1. instrument rated for flying in IMC conditions 2. The chopper was even equipped with a GPWS or TAWS system that would have warned the pilot he was too low. Looks like they flew directly into the side of the mountain. Pilot negligence appears to be the probable cause here … nobody else’s.

This is getting so stupid. All that happened is that pilot got disoriented couldn’t see terrain because of weather and crashed, or did a ‘hard landing!’

Iran blames US which made the helicopter in such a way that it will fall from the sky in 50 years. Iran is also blaming Allah who made the foggy weather to kill the president. And the lest Iran is blaming Israel for shooting down the chopper without any bullets. This reflects the the dynamics of the Iranians brains.

Blame everyone but their own careless operation or maintenence. Even Israel and America.

Strange .... Iran can actually buy new modern helicopters from Russia or China. I am sure they will be more than willing to sell it to Iran.

Choppers are way more Dangerous than planes especially in bad weather. China and Russian military both have helicopters. I'm guessing they are not supplied by the US. Why didn't Iran just buy one from either of those countries.
