Honestly, I think Hunter's comment of "When is it going to be enough" isn't supposed to be harsh or judgmental of Echo. I think it comes from Hunter's own fears. Hunter, as well as the rest of the Batch, have been trying to find their place in the universe, and Hunter has made it especially clear this season that he isn't interested in being a soldier for the rest of their lives. They've finally found a stable place in Pabu that could be a real home for the Batch and allow them to live a different, more peaceful life than that of a soldier, and I think Echo's involvement in the clone rebellion and Crosshair's distress call scare Hunter. He's scared of getting dragged back into another war, he's scared that the Batch will get drawn into a trap, and he's scared of losing his family. For the first time ever, the Batch has an opportunity to live away from war, but they keep getting dragged back into the thick of it.

They do actually say Gregor's name right before they jump to hyperspace but it's pretty easy to miss.

8:22 I heard Balmorra and immediately remembered that Occupation of Balmorra theme/Revan's theme. And one thing that I have to give Crosshair is that he holds strong in his beliefs, no matter who or what challenges them. It is a detriment in some ways, but also admirable in others.

Agreed friend, nail on the head. Crosshair is severely obstinate, I'll be the first to admit that. But I love him anyway, always have. In this episode, it's nothing but admirable. Sticking to what you believe is right, no matter the consequence to yourself. Remembering who gave you a second chance & who will always welcome you back into the fold. Those who literally saved you & never gave up on you. Speaking about his fellow Batchers. And Omega of course. (Must give credit to Mayday, he saved Crosshair on 2 occasions.)

@@asellape9270 I just want more than anything, for Cross to get out with Omega. Either with aid from Emerie, Echo & the boys or by themselves if need be. And Filoni needs to give us 4 seasons, BB just won't be complete without the proper treatment.

The assistant has an accent similar to that of Omega 🧐

I agree. She tried to gently and respectfully calm down Crosshair from escaping and sounded genuinely concerned for his well-being when she did so. She also seems uncomfortable with his torture in that last scene.

@@LordCommander-ui2fw maybe, but so far the NZ accent has been almost exclusive for clones in star wars. Plus, Omega was originally a medical assistant for Nala Se on Kamino, so it wouldn't be too far outside what we've already know for the Kaminoans to have made other female clones with the standard accelerated aging, who would then end up working for the Empire on cloning at Tantiss.

@@Flufferz626 I think that might be interesting. There are literally millions of clones of Jango Fett. Male clones with the accelerated aging and obedience conditioning. Why not do the same chromosome splice or swap for some designed to be like technicians or lab assistants, with Omega as the unaltered prototype? The Empire finds these clones on Kamino when they completely take over and co-op them for their expertise, like they are trying to do with Nala Se.

I hope they don’t kill off Crosshair like they did with Vader/Kylo Ren. Where the antagonist redeems himself at the very end and then immediately dies

I am 5 hours late, but that's besides the point, Crosshair trying to warn his brothers of the bigger threat in the mountain is making me feel anxious for that long anticipated return of our lost brother that is Crosshair. Also, seeing the familiar clones of Howzer and others put a big smile on my face.

Anyone here notice the sick pleasure Dr. Hemlock took in Crosshair‘a torture?

Seeing Echo, and the clones made me happy like “Haha! Yeah Boi!” #Clonesforlife 🤍🖤

Remember that Gregor defected from his assignment training tk’s in season 1. He had fresh armor then, I believe.

So now, there are 3 people in Star Wars who are confirmed to know how to Tokyo Drift a spaceship: 1. Tech 2. Omega 3. Vader (because OF COURSE)

This isn't my theory I saw it on a different video but I think that assistant could possibly be an age accelerated version of Omega. Definitely looks a lot like her and sounds like her too.

Except, accents are not genetic. I really don't think Keshia Castle-Hughes and Michelle Ang sound all that similar aside from the fact that they both have New Zealand accents.

@@Skye_Writer One character is older so their voice could sound different and the NZ accent is pretty much only for clones in the show. Like I said it's not my theory but I do think it's something to think about.

Season one Bad Batch got maybe 3 or 4 over ark episodes Season 2 has smashed it must be 5/6 could be 8 this season and its Dark stuff epic Star Wars animation

First of all, Crosshair was an absolute badass in this episode. Mows down a ship's worth of Imperial soldiers while debilitated from torture, and makes it to the bridge to send out that message. My favorite clone, period.

The droid injects a neurotoxin. Pretty scary shit for star wars

Crosshair episodes are clearly the best! Yes that was Gregor(sp) who else saw Tech react like ObiWan when Anikan was nosediving and he hated it! Just hope they don’t end the finale on a cliffhanger of kidnapping Omega and have to wait a whole season

"Fireball's pretty sweet." Well yeah Kyle, he's 41st *Elite*. Those fellas are always cool.

I really appreciate you guys and all the reactions you have done for The Bad Batch. It’s sad that there have been other reactors that kind of bailed on the Batch and I just stopped following them. This season has been so amazing and fun and adventurous for the Batch and at the same time has done some emotional damage with Crosshair and other characters. I’m nervous excited for the finale!

I don't know if anybody's noticed it or not, but we got a very nice callback to Star Wars The Old Republic through the Bad Batch's callsigns "Havok" as in Havok Squad, like the elite squad you lead as a Republic trooper in SWTOR.

That would be a cool coincidence. Their ship is called the Havoc Marauder so I think that’s where Havoc 1, 2 and so on. Sad thing is that if Echo is Havoc 4 and Omega is Havoc 5 then that means they replaced Crosshair’s number.

I think there is a connection between omega and the female scientist with the red glasses. She looks and sounds like omega and is an expert in kaminoan cloning. And when dr Royce hamlock told crosshair he just wants omega the camera focused on the female scientist. Maybe omega isn’t the only female clone? when she first met crosshair he kept looking at her like he recognized her a little and when she gave him the injection he asked who are you? Instead of what are you doing to me…

THE BAD BATCH Overarching story: Whatever happened to the clones? Season 2 arc: The redemption of Crosshairs and the Batch breakup from Sid.

I feel like it was yesterday when omega was telling Hera that Tech won’t let her fly until she memorized all of the ship’s features

When watching this, I thought the female assistant allowed Crosshair to escape as part of Dr Hemlock's plan to lure out the Batch and specifically Omega. And it seems to be working by the looks of it lol

I think the "Summit" is the location of the Season Finale. Clone Troopers against the Storm Troopers. The Bad Batch come together for one last Mission to Save Omega!

The Empire is so big they need to keep records of everyone they work with. Also, like a certain group of WW2 combatants, the Empire is fastidious about record keeping.

Gregor was rescued by the bad batch near the end of season 1, his armor had no markings because he was reassigned to train imperial stormtrooper cadets.

Yes, it's a very well appointed ship. Bad Ass if I must say so myself. Exactly what they need. Our Bigtime Heroes. Clones, Clones & more Clones! Some happily familiar & unknown boys. *Fireball, Nemec, Gregor, Echo, Howzer..* Been waiting far too long for our Howzer! Crosshair not bending, yes. No stun setting for those TK's, hahaha. Love it when he says, *Wrong!* Screw you, doc. Love the *Tech teachings.* Just perfect. My second favorite Batcher, with his *Exceptional Mind.*

This episode was nice but i feel it really should have been released with the other 2. It is obvious this was made as a three part season finale. By the way it was nice how Crosshair knew he couldn't escape so switched to send a mensage. Also that Emerie cientist seems to be having second toughts about her job.

My only confusion about the dissident clones is what happened with the chips in their brains? Did they burn out after Order 66?

I think that some few of them malfunction or are suppressed due to damage or genetic "defects" (Tup, Gregor, the Batch); and some clones gradually have their own personalities reassert themselves as time goes on after the chip activates (Howzer, Cody). Kind of like a hypnotic suggestion, once you are told about something you were compelled to do, you start wondering "why did I do that?'. This is another reason the Empire wants to rush the TK troopers into place, so as to have an overwhelming number of troops in place to guard the Core World's vital strategic sites, even if they aren't really well trained. Make it look like you have full control, even if you don't.

Clone Trooper Nemec's and Fireball's armor looks almost exactly like Commander Gree's 41st Elite Corp armor design from Revenge of the Sith. While this season has been kind of...meh...I will say I still like it and I feel like this season is setting up a Season 3
