Dear Ms. V - this recipe has been a family favorite now for about 2 years and I've made it about 10 times now. Each time I make it, it is a delicious hit. Thank you for adding that spice of life to my table!

My 10yr. old BEGS me to make this. We've tried other recipes; flatter pan, higher heat, etc. NONE is as good as this one. Laura's recipes are so simple, easy and delicious that it allows and engages my little one to participate in the kitchen. He helps me remember and choose the best ingredients for these recipes in the grocery store. These are valuable lessons he can/will remember throughout his lifetime, and it also strengthens our mother/son relationship. Thank you, Laura Vitale! We LOVE your videos and recipes.

I tried this recipe and it was excellent. I made it again but replaced the brown sugar by drizzling maple syrup over it. Went from excellent to stratospheric out of this world good.

Oh I LOVE these! My mum has been making these since I was young and made us LOVE Brussels sprouts! Bacon, onion, butter and some garlic. OH, and slightly roasted almond flakes are delicious too! I'm glad you shared this!

I made this for a dinner with my friends family and every single person said they were AMAZING. This has to be one of my favorite things to make for two reasons 1. It's super delicious and 2 it's simple and it's almost impossible to mess up!

Delicious classic and easy to make. I don't eat meat so I removed the bacon. I also used aged balsamic vinegar instead of sugar, it's a different kind of sweetness.

What an amazing way to prepare Brussels sprouts! I usually quarter them and sauté them with garlic in olive oil and butter. They're delicious but your recipe takes Brussels sprouts to a whole new level, over the top, they're sublime! Truly! Thanks for sharing.

I will be honest I hated the smell and taste of Brussels sprouts my sister told me about this recipe and how delicious they are so I made them yesterday and I was so happy with the outcome so delicious I am now making more today thank you for sharing this recipe.
