Sheet Pan Bacon Brusselsprouts
1 pound brusselsprouts, washed and cut in half
4-6 strips of bacon
Salt and pepper to taste
Any other seasonings you like, I added paprika and cayenne pepper
Balsamic vinegar glaze
Add the brusselsprouts to a sheet pan cut side down. Add a wire rack on top and
place the bacon strips on top.
Bake at 400° for 20-35 minutes until the brusselsprouts are roasted and the bacon is crisp. If the bacon is thick cut it will be closer to 30-35 minutes.
Season the brusselsprouts after baking, to taste. Chop the bacon and mix with the brusselsprouts. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar glaze.
