@@rajadhirajmaharaj obviously you do not understand real estate. Worth is based on quality, size, property and the greatest multiplier of them all, location, location, location. That house is not worth 4 million in most other locations, but it is in that area. So yes, that’s it’s worth in that area. In Texas, probably 2 million or so. But your living in Texas, nothing wrong with that, a great state. As for the lady in question, you are free to express your opinions about her, however, perhaps not the best use of your time. She can respond to you should she choose, but she will not, as that would put value on your statement, which does not have any, all joking aside.

Sierra talks in a much softer tone now. Apparently she's been working on herself. Love you! Not because your looks but because you're always motivated to get better!

Thank you for the compliment and thank you for watching! I workout with weights at least twice a week and eat somewhat of a balanced diet. I don’t drink soda and I don’t drink alcohol very often.l (which really helps). 🙏

i wasn’t a huge fan of this property but your guy’s videos are just so entertaining to watch 😁 i still have that nashville townhouse in my mind so maybe that’s why i didn’t like this place as much 😂 i’m assuming the reason this place costed so much more was just because la is more expensive in general? also, pretty random, but i always find it odd how there are these mega homes, worth millions of dollars, but the theatre rooms don’t have a slope so that people sitting in the back can see properly lol i really hope you guys reach your sub goal soon! although, having tens of thousands of subs is still crazy when you think about it, and all your videos have more views than subs, which i guess is good and bad at the same time… i think it’s better to have more views than subs, though, since it actually means people are watching your videos on a regular basis. does watching these videos multiple times do anything? sometimes i put them on in the background on my tv if i’m doing stuff on my computer or am about to go to sleep 😝 i’m not sure if that helps you guys at all but i’ve done it before lol hope you guys are doing well and staying safe! i hope you keep making content on here because i really love these vids! 😁

haha thank you for watching! Safi is truly an artist and what he does and he's pretty comical too so I enjoy the comedic flair he adds to it. Yes, this property is located in Los Angeles; more specifically West Hollywood. LA is one of the top 3 most expensive locations in the United States. The slope is a good point and I never thought of that! You are too kind! thank you or doing that and viewers like you that make us smile:) I hope we reach it as well. It's hard to stay consistent because Safi and I both work outside of the KZread channels so we try and keep up with it as much as we can. it does help somewhat with the algorithm and showing people that others are watching our content! Again, thank you. that is very kind of you and we hope to see you in the future comments:)

Loved this home. Would probably replace that air hockey table with a pool table. I always say it should be mandatory to have a rooftop on an Los Angeles home and make sure a tv is able to be mounted up there! Great job again!
