TBH if you want to have those types of "parties" you might need a much bigger house in a more secluded location up in the hills or estates, lest the neighbors start complaining about the "noise" and other things ;)

The bloopers & outtakes are a good addition bonus to the tours!! 😅 keep it up!

Beautiful home these designers and builders are getting more and more creative with using limited space when building and upgrading luxury homes, looks like elevators are becoming a necessary addition. You take ten steps into the house and suddenly it's night time :) That vaulted ceiling in the master with the slats is for sound deadening :) Quite nice house for what seems like a somewhat moderate price.

im coming from Enes, been sub'd to him for a good amount of time and have recently been checking in on other property tour guides on YT, but so far none of them make my experience quite as inviting, informative and interesting; until today when i happened across your channel. i must say i really like your casual yet info-packed tour style. your personality feels so "one of the gang" because of how subtly playful you are with your camera person and the objects and spaces you are showing. instant sub. looking forward to sifting through your catalogue! First off; welcome back! I've been periodically looking for you guys to post again. So as for this home ....I like it for the most part. Not sure the reason for a full bathroom w/shower in the den area as a shower seems a bit excessive. :) I do like the dark features throughout the home. The back yard's layout seemed a little funky to me, but ....maybe that's just me. :) You do a great job of presenting. Rehearsed a bit, sure. But you make it flow so naturally. Great camera work as per usual so no complaints there. :) I still wish you'd show a luxury condo from time to time for us single people who don't want or need all that space. :)
