Beautiful home ,the formal living area was my favorite, the cathedral ceiling and the windows all around the upper walls make the room look so open. Love your outfit, throwback but modern at the same time. Great tour 💛

There can be great love in great friendships even if you are not together. The movie beautifully symbolizes that in the end. :)

But I almost finish my duty of military in Korea, and will be back as a normal university student in September.. I always love farmhouse, because it does feel like a genuine home with warmth..! Nice home. I like the hardwood floors. The kitchen was just okay to me. But then again, what do I know. The primary bedroom ....I didn't get a good look at it. However, the wood vaulted ceiling design w/the wood beam was a nice touch. I really like the large walk-in closet. The outdoor space is magnificent! Well done. So ...no you doing blue jean line dancing. Oh well. Maybe next time. :)

Thank you for the question! Usually, it's just staging but very rarely some of the furniture is sold with the house. Last I heard, the Toll Brothers model homes come with the furniture, but I'm not sure.

What do you know. Another modern farmouse in the Valley. These houses are a dime a dozen in Encino, Studio City, Tarzana, etc. They're so prevalent that they've gone overboard with these houses. It's a beautiful home, but do the builders there know how to build anything that's not a modern farmhouse?

To be fair, for 2023 and 2024 some are saying these houses are coming out of style. They're pretty cool and cozy, but some say mid-century modern is coming a little bit back in. They are still very beautiful!

is the “taj mahal” material expensive if you were to get it in a “normal” home? or is it considered something you’d only really have in higher-end properties? you mentioned its durability and likeness to granite, so is it a cheaper alternative? or just another option to consider?

They're about $100-$200/sqft. You could do whatever you'd like with your property! Will it fit in others better than some? Maybe. However, I think it's about the colors/tones. Granite tends to be cheaper. They tend to look different but have similar durability.

including condos barndominiums Farmhouses farm themed apartments units and lofts and skylofts and that's it though so.
