Thanks. I've been using it with another nipple jet number 0.42 great results. Boils 1 litre in 2 minutes 45 seconds.
I have a similarly designed multi-fuel stove. Sure it weighs a bit more with a pump and fuel can, but it will burn any fuel with a jet change. The stability it offers is a tradeoff I'm willing to make. Try some foil around the stove and pot as a wind break and to direct the heat into the pot for faster heating. Not a complete wrap so it can breathe.
Hey Tim, i'm not sure but i think another great thing about that stove is that when it gets cold enough out that the fuel wont light, it has a preheater tube on it that allows you to turn the canister upside down. The fuel then flows as liquid and is preheated by the stove so it it turns back into burnable gas. Keep up the good work! Cheers.

That’s good to know thank you Dan!
Shakes are getting pretty rough man, hopefully things are going alright for you. Thanks for the review, I'll add this to the list for when the pocketrocket gives up the ghost.
Hope your staying warm...it's below freezing last night down in RGV. My bike is in the garage...hope to get it out again soon

Thanks David I’m straying pretty warm in Phoenix, looking forward to heading south next month to Baja.
I've had mine for about 20 years. Still works great.
That's the stove I need. Looks like it takes up little room.
Awsome piece of equipment. Enjoyed the video Tim and RIDE SAFE!

I like the wider footprint and it also looks like the top is wider. I have a couple others and I do not sit on the bench near one sitting on the table. I don't need to have boiling water dumped in my lap. I had one with the starter, but the starter lasted 1 day. It is kinda pricey, but I think the wider stance & top is probably worth it for safety and ease of use. Thanks Tim!
Cool stove. I like that it sits lower than the fuel can mounted stove that I currently use. Better for larger pots. Merry Christmas! 🎄

Thank you, glad you enjoyed it.
Thanks for the review on this Tim. My jet boil is fast but I like the fact this unit holds larger pans and pots. I like also that you think it's sturdy and will last a long time. A few extra minutes to boil will be worth it perhaps.

I was thinking the same thing. It’s also nice to have both for different trips.

Nice!
I don't much worry about how fast a stove boils but it's hard to find one that will turn down and really simmer something. Might have to check this one out.
Thanks for the review TIm. I use an Amazon stove of the same type (ie. fuel canister off to the side and very stable). I will never go to a screw on stove as they are very unstable (ask me how I know). Happy holidays and safe riding!

Hello John!
I'm jealous. I don't cook. Chef Boyardee pop-top beefaroni and tuna fish pouches fill the food section of my saddlebag and snacks of Cliff Bars, dried pineapple, banana chip, raisins, and such. I know I'm a sad, sad man :-)) Love your videos. Thank you.
