Backcountry Mule Deer Hunt | Wyoming (EP. 1)
Ойын-сауық
On this hunt, Randy Newberg is heading deep into the public lands of Wyoming with Beau Baty and Lorenzo Sartini. Joining them are a string of llamas to help carry gear in and hopefully a few deer back out to the truck. Beau has recently gone through some experimental treatment for cancer, so he has doctor and wife's orders to take it easy.
In episode 1, they take their time getting into camp and getting set up for a week of living in the backcountry. As the weather cooperates, they are able to do some glassing and put eyeballs on the mountain.
Beau finds just being there is a success, with is thankful to have this experience together. Nonetheless they are able to glass up a few mule deer in the morning. With Randy being a trigger-happy meat hunter, Beau assures him they will see more mature bucks to go after and convinces Randy to wait to fill his tag.

Recovery Camp. For all the reasons, the big hike in, the rain and wind, the cold sitting still glassing, to rest the old bones [ Randy ] and from illness [ Beau ] and a lot more. Good health and luck to you all.
“Just like bubbles taking care of his kitties” I can’t believe Randy watches Trailer Park boys 😂

being out there in nature with a few buddies is probably one of the best cancer cures one can find.
Does my heart good to see Beau on the mountain, doing what he loves! You guys are great friends. We continue to remember Beau and his entire family in our nightly prayers. Hope your treatment is a success Beau!
I see a 30 minute Randy hunt, I press like, I watch. Simple.
Much respect for Beau! I went through cancer 2 years ago and had to deal with radiation and chemo. I personally know how hard it can be on the body. To see him out climbing in the mountains is truly inspiring knowing what he is going through. Prayers for him and his beautiful family. What helped me through it was an amazing family and friends and a great attitude. I believe Beau has all of those. Good luck with your hunt!

Tony Holden Glad to hear of your recovery support from family, friends and from above!
It was great to see Beau looking so well and fit after his cancer treatment. We all wish him and his family the very best of health and happiness for the future. Alun & family
Great to see Beau on the mountain. Camp looks like a "Hilltop Hilton"!
Beau is the coolest guy. Man what an inspiration in so many ways. Glad to hear he's on the up and up.
Out of all the episodes I’ve watched, and I think I’ve seen them all, this is by far my favorite. And this series of episodes is my favorite.
The llamas 🦙 to me are so funny and I don’t know why. The way they look at Randy when he is talking to them and the camera is hilarious.
Camp Blessing. Throughout video Beau kept saying how blessed he was to be up there. What better way to commemorate your hunt.

John Wayne isn't the only one with true grit, Beau's perseverance is something to behold. God bless him.
Always good to see Beau. Hope he's doing well.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, Beau Baty's the coolest dude on the planet! It's great to see you for another season Randy. That smile on your your face is contagious!
This episode both broke my heart and put a smile on my face knowing beau is going through so much and still got out with friends to do what he loves
My day just became a 10/10 hearing Randy reference trailer park boys😂😂🤟
So good to see Beau back out on the mountain. "Just one more push boys, you can do it" I needed that motivation on a Monday!!!! Can't wait to see the rest of the series.
Mr Beau Baty, I am praying for you and your family, brother. It is always a pleasure to see your smiling face on the screen.
It’s always great to see Beau and Randy together! Beau always has a smile on his face even after enduring cancer treatments! I just want to tell Beau that you are my hero and inspiration! I want you to know that you and your beautiful family are in my prayers and those prayers are for complete healing, strength and comfort! Thank y’all for sharing your hunt with us and God bless y’all!!
Considering the hell Beau has been through just to get there is very inspiring. I applaud you for sharing all of this. As for the name of the camp how about "miracle mountain".
Randy, love seeing Beau on the mountain. I've wondered how he has been doing and praying for health. When you asked what camp should be named, I thought of Mount Zion, where God dwells. Praying for miraculous healing. Beau stay strong and know that people are praying for your recovery.
Now this is what I call real hunting. Good friends. Comradeship. This is what it is all about. Good to see Beau up and taking nourishment. Randy too. Nourishment of the body and the soul. Pray for a speedy recovery Beau. God bless you all and what you do. Name the camp Nourishment. Thats what it is.
5:24 Randy passes up a grouse. Write it in the history books. 🤣

Great to see Beau out hunting! Praying for him!
As a hunter who can no longer physically deer hunt in Missouri without an atv to do the long hiking and hauling, my mountain trips are behind me. Wyoming, Colorado 4x, and New Mexico trips are all behind me, but they are possibly my best and most beautiful memories in the autumn outdoors.... cherish every moment guys! Beau & Randy, may God bless you with His healing and strength, so you can enjoy many more days with your families, friends and this majestic creation God has given us! Good, luck and be safe!
“CAMP REMISSION” good luck beau glad to see you out there enjoying god’s country
Beau is the real deal. Just such a likable good dude. So good to see him out on a hunt this year. Wishing him all the best!!!
Call camp, victory. Got overcoming cancer and the fun you had.
I just wanna say thoughts and prayers for bo and his family, amazing seeing him on the mountian and doing what he loves without letting anything hold him back, just a really awesome video, and randy, if you need a new camera guy, I'm your man, a dream for me to be able to see what you all get to.
Beau is such a complete badass! Wishing the speediest of recoveries. I love the videos guys/gals...... Thank you.

Beau is the best, love the episodes he’s in. “For with God nothing is impossible.” Like 1:37 praying for you and your family Beau.

Always get excited when i see a video with Beau Baty and the LLamas! on the channel!
Randy's refrences are gold
Beau and Randy are Awesome!
God bless you Beau! My wife is going thru cancer treatments also, so I understand what a supreme high you must be on to get to enjoy what you love to do!! Randy, love your videos, always a good time! Be safe! Shoot straight!!!
Lucky to have Beau with you on that trip. It's all ways nice to have good people like him in your life.
When your life IS the bucket list. I guided a man Named Mike, he way hanging on long enough for one last day to bag his last Tom. We wheeled out, then carried him, set him up, held the gun up… and he scored his Last Tom. Later that day his family came up to camp, and he passed a few hours later, being around love ones , doing the things he’s loved to do for 30 years.
My prayers are with Beau and there's nothing better for the body and soul than immersing yourself in the mountains. The spirit of the mountains will nourish your own spirit and that's powerful medicine. I'm curious as to where you are at here in Wyoming, but I'm betting probably the Gros Ventre Range, maybe the Salt River Range.
It’s so nice to see Beau doing what he truly loves!! We’re all rooting for you!!!
Many many prayers for Beau and family. May the good Lord wipe the evil disease from his body, Amen.🙏🙏🙏
All the best to Beau. One of my favorite hunters on the web. He builds one hell of a camp!
Beau is one of my favorite people out there, even though I never met him in person. So genuine, hard working and would give you the shirt off his back in a snow storm. Such an inspiring person and story as are many fighters of that evil C-Word. I had heart surgery twice when I was a kid (3 and 10), but definitely doesn't compare to what a cancer patient goes through. I don't know if I could have made it through that hike with such a smile on my face. I pray that he wins this battle and can keep on doing what he loves. Oh and I remember last year's Montana elk camp when Beau didn't have a camera guy and shot a big bull. Thanks for sharing.
As a cancer survivor I can attest to how rough treatments can be. But I kept working and have kept hunting. Was successful this year on Elk. My buddy and I took 2 at the same time.
i love Beau. so pure and just down to earth. a good solid dude i can imagine. great group of guys on this episode!
Beau, I have never met you but it is fantastic to see you back on the mountain. Lots of prayers have put you back on the mountain and God's will is amazing. I sure hope you are able to continue your passion for years to come. Also you could easily have your own show and I would be glad to watch every episode. Randy Newberg, love the shows and the people on them.
Big Fin, that short clip of you talking about Beau while packing in put tears in my eyes. Absolutely spot on, but man that hits close to home as I have been dealing with liver cancer since Christmas thankfully it has not increased in size since discovery. They do not put many folks on this planet like Beau and you Randy!

I see a video with Randy Newberg, I smile. I see Beau with Llamas and Randy... It's a really good day. "He was pretty.... Pretty small." Beau is a beast! 🤣🤣 Still praying for your health and family.
Baty's Backcountry Bungalows gets 5☆s from me, and I'm just wishing I was there. Great looking camp with even better friends to share it with, now we just need Big Hank to show up. Thanks and God Bless.
Could not be happier to see Beau in camp.
Some great comments made. It's good to read the care and prayers shared. This is my favorite video and community. Thank you all.
Very inspiring to see Beau on the mountain again .I find it hard to believe that Randy passed the opportunity to shoot a grouse.
It’s great to see Beau back in the mountains! We all continue to pray for you as you continue your treatments! Good luck on your hunt
Glad to see Beau was able to go! We continue to send positive thoughts and prayers his way! Good luck guys!
I truly enjoy all the hunts you do, hats off to Beau for making the trek, and to his wife for letting him. Randy, you are a trooper as well with your liver issues. I'm sure some days are far worse than others.
Stay Strong Beau! Glad to see you out there, bless you and your family!
He is a true inspiration to use all
It's amazing the things we take for granted. Thanks for sharing your raw emotions Beau and for helping me slow down and just enjoy all the little things in life! After watching this episode, I promise to reset my priorities and to just feel blessed to be able to enjoy friends and family while out on the hunt. Killing an animal is just the cherry on top. God Bless you Beau and I pray for your strength and health.
Beau this was the first I heard of the second fight god bless you and your family I’m so glad to see you where you belong in the back country with your friends keep up the fight we all are standing with you!!!!
So good to see Beau back out in the woods.
I was just in Idaho Falls at the end of August and drove by Beau's Llama place along the highway. Pretty cool seeing Llamas out there. I would call camp, "Llamas and Long Guns"
Thank you for this wonderful video and wish you all good luck !
Beau is such a great inspiration. Good to see him out doing what he loves and having the energy to do it. This will be a deer camp to remember 👊
This is the first of hearing of Beau’s cancer. I’m sadden to hear that he has cancer. But thrilled that he’s able to hunt and enjoy an awesome outing. To bad he couldn’t ride a llama or horse into the back country. Great video I enjoyed seeing everyone out there.
Great to see Beau getting after it. Some years ago I had a difficult experience with Lyme disease that has permanently affected my stamina and done damage to my joints. Beau is an inspiration to persevere and overcome obstacles. I would love to share a camp with him sometime. With Randy's liver, Beau's cancer and my Lyme's we could call it Camp Handicap. Best wishes for a safe and successful hunt. The llamas are so cool!
So awesome to see Beau hunting with you this season
Camp Bad Ass Beau. Glad to see y’all out and enjoying life in the back country.
So great to see Beau and his llamas again! Camp name suggestion: Camp Bright Hope!
I started off watching episode 3 and then came back to episode 1 to watch them all in a row. Very well put together. Nice hunts. Great videos. Hit the sub button.

Much respect to you Beau. You are an inspiration. Can’t imagine doing all that with all you been dealing with. I’m finding it difficult as is helping my 16 year old son fill his general WY elk tag while I’m dealing with a broken back.

Great episode! Love Beau’s attitude and smile...warms my heart to see him be able to make the trip!
I got the perfect name for your camp "The Peace and Serenity Camp " . That was one of Beau first statements. I believe he's right ! That's what it's all about ! 🙏
First episode.... best series yet! 3 days from an elk hunt and THIS is what i needed!!!
Prayers with Beau, have a great time and hang in there buddy!
So glad to see beau out and doing good
Thought of another name for camp, “Parleys Ridge” Beau, your great grandfather Parley had some physical difficulties as well, but he did not let them slow him down either, trudge further my friend
Fantastic story! Oh, and when glassing, wrap up in a Kifaru Woobie. Game changer!
Never met Beau, but seeing that guy smiling and hiking outdoors with his llamas sure put a smile and even welled my eyes a bit! Go get a bruiser buddy!
