Just attempted first set, good stretches nd strengthening too, although I struggle with side plank as very sore shoulder and not much strength in rotator cuff area, so it often causes more soreness in neck and shoulder, any advice on that please? But very good as always will endeavour to do daily.

Hi, Dr Milton i have suffering from July 2020 until now L4 L5 Bulging Disc and Sciatica, so except exercise pain releif, can i recover this pain and what to do?
