Welcome back to our channel!
Watch as we work towards the final touches on our parapet wall! In this video, we show you the process of finishing off blockwork for a sturdy parapet wall.
What our channel is about:
We bought this semi-detached bungalow in August 2022 and given ourselves 3years to flip the property and sell on. We have a target budget of £70,000! Natasha is the editor and video maker, while Rhys is the builder (a carpenter by trade). We plan on doing 95% of the work ourselves to keep costs down.
This channel is for documenting our experiences - Good or Bad. This is our first time doing anything like this with full times jobs! Can we stick within our budget? Will the building inspector pass each stage? and the biggest question...will we still be married at the end of the project? Subscribe to find out...

Thank you both 😊 it’s just been a year since we first broke ground but it feels like a lifetime ago! We cannot wait to get it all finished 😂 we think you guys are doing a great job also and your video editing and filming is fab, makes our videos look a bit boring 🙈😂
Nice to see a new video , and that you’re able to crack on outside . A last minute glimpse of the parapet wall topping looks very interesting , so presumably when that’s completed you will be pretty much water tight . Kind regards to you both 😀👍

It’s been great as the weather is getting warmer! Yes, we have to have a 3° wall inwards so had to create a timber coping to be covers and then capped in aluminium, it should be here in a few weeks and hopefully it’s an easy job to install 🤞
