RE: your old computer - if it still has a hard-drive, I'd strongly recommend swapping that out for an SSD or (if the motherboard supports it) an M.2 drive. You'd be shocked how much of a difference something that simple makes.

I was shocked when I saw you whip out the paper ledger for the sports cards. How can you resist having all that data in a spreadsheet or airtable!?

Currently I have a few hundred of the ones ebay sells through their ebay shipping supply store. Yes extremely overpriced but I got them free for have a store subscription to ebay. Once those run out I will try buy some exactly like those.
