You aren't running a Bricklink store properly until you start generating two problems for each one you solve :D Another great vlog and congrats on the anniversary!

Now that's a biggie!!!!!
Happy Anniversary! A few people have done experiments on stacking vs dumping for Pick-a-Brick boxes, and you can get as much as 25%-33% more. It takes a lot of time, but can be well worth it.

Great to know - perhaps I will need to work on my patience!!!
32:31 Thanks for the great tips! I was already about to buy some of the Cherry Blossoms but now I'll pick up some of the Mclarens too.
I will say that connect bricks vs filling boxes gives you about 20% more With cups and boxes my local store has masonry profile bricks and I stacked them to the brim

@@YellowBrickRoadLego yeah you really have to value your time. I was on a mission to see how long it took to pack a box. And it was nice to claim the prize of more bricks

@@LEGOmania-TV I did a test with 1x 2 bricks in the boxes and I got 722 stacked vs 530 thrown in. Definitely worth taking the time if you have it :)

@@BricksforLeisure that’s incredible ~36% more !! Just a cost of time to assemble and disassemble at home
Delayed Happy Anniversary! It's not right when work work gets in the way of fun work right?

I’m getting ready to start my store what type of brick is your most popular that sells best and do Minifigures sell very good?

I think much depends on the local markets for what sells and doesn’t to be honest. It’s a matter of watching and learning what sells well for you over time and refining your inventory to suit.
Great vlog as always..and congratulations to the winners..

@@chunkhunk47 I have signed up yes although the listings are all UK at the moment.
From where you get packaging (boxes) one order mix of sizes or different orders? Thanks

One supplier, but boxes come in bulk lots of one sizing. i have a video on boxes and packaging right here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/goCdz5dmg7SYZJc.htmlsi=AIn70fw3owRw2pHB
What percentage of money is recycled back into the store vs. pulled out as income?
@YellowBrickRoadLego

To be honest that varies all the time depending on a lot of variables including my own living expenses. But, that said, in order to grow at the rate I have lot of the money being used to buy storage or inventory has been added from my other work.
... I don't know how you do it \(゚ー゚\) Very impressive (‾◡◝) As I mentioned before, my store is a bit smaller than yours and I do 12hrs a day 7 days to keep up with everything. And I don't have a normal job or all the time it takes to film and upload to KZread ! ( I have in the past made videos for Numismatic coins and modifying my Rotary engine ) so I understand it takes time. You must have a more efficient way of listing and sorting parts:)

Trust me I don't have the time and behind me is total chaos!! I think I've just got some processes that work well for me and no doubt the new workspace is helping with my time efficiency! Thanks for watching - I'm off to Google what a Numismatic coin is!!! 🤔
