Back At The Cabin - This is the first update on my return to the cabin. The snow has caused some damage, as I expected, but fortunately not to the structure. There is a lot of work to be done on the path leading to the cabin, as you'll see the passage is difficult, but I'll definitely manage it. It's a shorter video than usual, but I wanted to let you know right away that I'm back at the cabin!

Happy to see you again in the cabin
Well, I had a complete shoulder replacement in October, it went fine! I was pretty miserable for about 2 months of therapy(ouch)! Right now it's my right shoulder that is painfull! I don' even want to think about having it replaced! I will be 87 in June and can expect much pain in my body from now on( so I have heard). I hope yours is doing better at the moment!!! Blessings.

Hi Alex! Nice to see you again. I think I said it before, but I like the way you construct things in your cabin, your out of the box thinking gives you very good result, smart way of keeping unwelcome creatures out and keep an airflow! Once I had terrible inflammation I didn't believe much in homeopathy but I despair I gave a try!In 3 days 90%of swelling and pain gone!Never returned back!Best wishes for You and your family!Hope to live in Italy one day!@@mywildlifeitalia

Welcome back! I see Winter is leaving and Spring is coming. Here in New England, USA we are in early Spring. Tulips, Azalia, and green grass greet us in the morning. The only thing that does not greet us is the sun. We have a lot of cloudy days. I have a question - how big is your cabin? Because of the length of the building, I think there must be other rooms. If you have other rooms, are they usable? Also, the fireplace is so primitive. You must lose a lot of heat and burn a lot of wood. Will you be upgrading the fireplace? Thank you for your answer.

Hi, I have good memories of New England, I was there in 2017. The cabin is divided into two separate units (in one of the first videos I show the whole structure), in total it is about 200 m2/2152 ft. I lived in the other rooms at the beginning, when I was building the floor, then I had to move into the small unit earlier than expected because I had problems with the roof. The fireplace will remain like this, primitive, I don't consume much wood all things considered. I'll be putting in a heater before next winter! Thanks for writing me!!
