Ashley, my daughter has 3 kiddos now. Oldest is Jace, his dad is Jacob but goes by Jake, so they are Jack and Jace. The middle, he is Rhett, and the baby girl is Emery. Kinda different. Can't wait to find out what names you and Zach picked.

I love the name Lucien and I spelled my daughter's names differently too.. You could always use Romen and call him Rome..

A great way to think of “ unique baby names “ is finding common names you love and twist them by changing spelling, pronunciation, replace letters with different letters etc until you find the perfect name

I did that with my daughter! Her name is Izabella Acadance like the name Kaydence but changed it the way I like it and it honors our heritage from Acadia - the French Acadians. ⚜️ & Obviously -dance instead of -dence bc it's cute && different. Acadance ; pronounced Ah-Kay-Dance.

My fiancé’s middle name is Roscoe and it’s at the top of our list for boy names ❤

You are so right! Boys names are so much harder than girl names. Hubs and I made a list of girl names and a list of boy names. Then at 32 weeks I thought the lists were garbage so I tossed them and we started over. The girls lost stayed the same for the most part, it was long. The boys lost had like 4 names on it. Why are the boys such a struggle?

I named my daughter Alethea but we pronounce it Al-Uh-Thaya, Thaya for short. ❤

My aunts kids names are pretty unique Ive only seen a couple people (mainly kids) with the same names but spelt different Their names are Girls: tyleigh,xzyria, zaniyah Boy: Tahkai

I love Ellody! For boys I love Lawson, Watson, Ledger, Weldon, Edwin, Gibson & Theo. For girls I love Naomi, Lorelai, Genevieve, Harbor, Teagan, Oakland & Roux

So for us it’s the opposite Girl names are a lot harder for us My husband and I do not like the same ones it seems like!

I hate the negativity surrounding boys... they can be named “cute”names! Thinking otherwise just adds to the stereotype and causes negativity in the lives of boys and men! Let men be soft!Help stop the stigmatization boys and men live with every day.
