I don't have kids and I'm not expert at all, but i remember my mom used to make a lot of mashed vegetables and fruits for my little brothers (they are 14 and 15 now 😂) as well as "brudo" which is a very light tasted vegetables soup. And of course breast milk always as desert. haha just kidding.. but for sure milk is always included.

In Indonesia, usually porridge from white rice dilute with milk, or red grain rice.. Can combine with mung bean soup also.. It's traditional way.. But if in modern way, already influenced by western like puree with butter, EVOO, etc

Thanks for leaving in the parts where Sutan is being mischievous or crying. It's adorable, but it also gives a more realistic perspective of raising kids! A lot of family youtube channels try to hide when their kids are misbehaving, so your channel is really refreshing! ^^

Sutan is out here eating gourmet meals as a one year old I'm jealous.

So cute! Here in Brazil the only thing in common is that we eat rice almost everyday too. My son started eating with 6 months after birth, I did as you, cooked and put in freezer to use during the week. Here I tried to use 1 protein (as meat or fish), 1 carbohydrate (as potato or rice), 1 legume (beans, lentils), 1 colorful vegetable (carrot, beet) and 1 green vegetable (broccoli, spinach). It's a lot so having all this ready to put in the microwave was my salvation! Sutan's food seems to be delicious! Best wishes of health for your family!

I can't get over how adorable Sutan is lol.

I like Moe acts so calm even Sutan is so fussy or yelling. Moe's voice always so soft and smiling to Sutan. She is a wonderful mom.

For those who are curious, the “dashi” that she refers to is basically a natural MSG when it comes to broth >w Edit: After reading some of the comments, I’m realizing that some people do consume dashi broth by itself, and taste is subjective, so some people do like the taste by itself. Dashi is a soup stock that can be purchased in granulated form just like any other stock, but is usually made from dried bonito fish flakes

Dashi by itself is just seaweed or salmon stock, it doesn’t taste bad. It tastes like yumminess lol

The dashi that I’m referring to is the square of seaweed that you place in water to form the stock. At least from my experience, it by itself is pretty bland haha. I’ve never seen it as the form of salmon stock, but that sounds like it would taste a lot better by itself.

@@5eunhye I use granulated and tea bag dashi, depending on the food. Tea bag dash had a fantastic flavor by itself and granulated dashi is fantastic for mixing into things like eggs.

I'm in China. My little brother started to eat baby food since 6 months, mom usually prepare some sea food, meat, vegetables with noodles or rice paste, and sometimes she makes yam cakes. She didn't put any salt or sager into the food before 1 year-old, usually use sweet red date or home made mushroom powder to make food taste delicious. Yesterday is my brother's birthday, so today mom put the baby soy source (made in Japan:)) into his food. My brother is very naughty and active, he can't sit in his baby chair over five minutes...Feeding is always a headache in my family... Love your videos, it is almost shows my brother's day lol. Keep healthy and have a nice day!!!!!!

I knew it! My daughter had her 1st birthday yersterday, just one week after Sutan's! I live in France and you are in Japan but our daughters have the same behaviour. One of her favourite dish is rice with ratatouille and roasted chicken. She also loves fruits mash like apple/banana or apple/pear. Have a nice sunday!
