❤🐘 They do get the teething problems, their little tusks push out just the same as little BABY'S teeth. In the wild you will often see, the little Elephants using their Siblings tusks to rub their gums with. It is so cute, it looks like they are trying to chew their siblings tusks. 🐘❤ I have noticed Adine rubbing her little gums around her tusks. It's itchy and sore..... ❤🐘We need to get some teething powders for baby Elephant's.... ❤🐘❤🐘🌟❤🐘🌟❤🐘🌟

Adine is the heart & soul of HERD-- animating every aspect with her amazing consciousness!

She DOES have a some spread on her trunk now, covering tusks. Hadn't noticed this before. Khanyisa is growing up. Funny when she took a peek outside, saw drizzle and closed the door. She maybe didn't want to get her pretty blankie wet. Nice when it is cloudy and we get a good look at her baby blues. ❤

Khanyisha has made a great progress in the last 3-4 months! She is also such a smart girl, which shows in her practicing her door opening skills and working her trunk as high as possible! She is a sweetie!

I always feel so much more hopeful after watching a video like this :) It is our fall here in Canada and we too have rain . After spending the summer surrounded by forest fires, the rain is welcomed here too :) I just love how Khanyisa is developing her personality and testing her limits and world in true toddler fashion :) Here Khanyisa's age would be called "the terrible twos " lol because little ones are asserting themselves and testing boundaries . I am grateful for HERD's presence in this world because you take such loving care of the world around you and teach us how we can do the same.

Everyone is at her becking call, running around to get her milk, or get her walking, fixing her blanket of the day, or rubbing little tusks area, and SHE KNOWS IT, WHICH IS HILARIOUS. She surely knows her own mind. It's cold and rainy, and I CHOOSE when to get wet like a swim, but rain and cold wet grass not so much!🤣😂🤣When grass is handed to her sometimes she drops it which makes me think that she is wanting her milk! Chewing is a lot of work afterall! We love her just like you. She is precious, she is a character, they all are.🤣😂🤣😘😍😘😍

You know, that this baby girl wouldn’t be alive if it hadn’t been for Adine and her carers too and also the elephant family that too her as their own too.❤️🐘🙏🏻 I just love how she acts because she definitely acts just like a two year old for sure.😂😂🐘❤️ I also have other favorites too in the herd family. I absolutely love Fishon and Jabulani too because they both have been so wonderful with the little one.❤️🐘🐘🐘 There is also so much trust amongst the elephants and Adine, the carers and also little Khanyisa that the elephants just love their humans and their little bundle of punk joy.❤️🐘👍🏻 Their stories are amazing too and it’s because of Adine for rescuing them all and caring fo these elephants too. I would give anything to go there to meet Adine and the elephants because they would be a true dream come true. I think with the grass being handed to her and she drops it, it’s because I think she knows she can Hold only so much in her mouth and she gets it after she is done chewing too. She surly and moat definitely loves her milk but I believe she will be eventually weened from it and she will have to completely eat what all the elephants eat. I can’t believe how fast she is growing! All of those milk bottles are really doing the trick. She still looks tiny with the other elephants but she is big in the nursery.
