Baby Back Ribs on the Weber 26" Kettle Grill
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Today I did my inaugural cook on the Weber 26" Kettle. I had a nice fat rack of baby back ribs that I seasoned with the Man Cave Magic #2 barbecue rub. Here's the recipe for that rub:
Man Cave Magic #2
1 part Granulated Garlic
1 part Granulated Onion
1 part ground Black Pepper
2 parts Paprika
2 parts Sugar
3 parts Kosher Salt

Great video. Always great to have a new grill on the deck!
Great cook! I love the 26” kettle. I cook a little hotter at 275 for the first two hours, then wrap and bump it up to 300 for another 1 to 1.5 hours. I have better luck rendering the fat at a little hotter temp. Plus it’s a shorter cook.
You sure have a great collection of whiskey behind...
Came out perfect.
I’ve been grilling on Weber since I started grilling over a decade ago! I’ve grilled on a lot of high end grills cost 300-400 time more. Always come back to ol reliable
I need to try the gasket addition to my kettle. It has never held low and slow temps well at all. Those drip-ez tubs are perhaps my favorite grilling accessory of the last 3 years.

I think the gasket is a worthwhile add on

@@ManCaveMeals I'm looking forward to that as well. Got some ribs on sale this week, wanting to try a sauce ;)
Nice cook John. I was looking for the port rub recipe, and can't find it. Could you help me locate it? Thanks.

It’s in the video description.
How many ribs can you fit on there?
