Recorded in June, 1911 in Edison's New York studio. First released on Edison wax Amberol no. 9808 in August, 1911. Re-released sometime after November, 1912 on Blue Amberol no. 9859.
Heard here on an Edison Triumph Model E combination 2/4 minute phonograph introduced in September 1910. Initially the Model E was sold with a combination 2/4 minute Model O reproducer and from October 1912 could be upgraded with a Diamond B reproducer designed for use with the new celluloid Blue Amberol records.
