I didn't see you torque the end link bolts while there was a load applied. Any concern about premature bushing failure?

What exactly do you mean by this? What is the torque spec? Just installed my bar, brackets and new end links today. That bolt blocked by the fuel tank took 5 hours, 3 improvised tools and a lot of swearing to get home 😅

Just an FYI when ever you are tightning anything subframe and swaybar related front or rear its suppose to be done at ride height either vehicle on ground or 4 post lift or you can jack the knuckle on either side with a floor jack to replicate ride height. if done in a hanging position it will cause an great deal of added stress to the bushings once vehicle is at ride height after being tighted in a hanging slack position.

Neither billet nor aluminum is a solution for corrosion. Billet is just an indication of the stock it was machined from. Aluminum will corrode and can corrode quickly in salt environments i.e. coastal or any place salting roads during the winter. This is especially true when aluminum is in contact with a ferrous metal which from the gold appearance of the bolts are likely a yellow zinc plating over carbon steel. These will corrode together due to galvanic corrosion. You can combat this with a good copper anti seize which has sacrificial copper mixed in that will react with the steel first preventing the steel/aluminum from corroding together.

I have had this setup minus the end links on my car for a while now and I couldn't be happier with it. But as for that one bolt that you had to make a wrench for, I simply just pulled down the subframe and it made it a bit easier to torque that one bolt down.
