The guitarist is Marty Friedman, he was in Megadeth, a thrash metal/hard rock band. You should definitely listen to the solos he did there!

Spacy Ideas I remember watching this and after the last episode released I kinda was left under the impression that it wasn’t really all that great. The way I remember it was that the plot was all over the place and too chaotic. I do remember enjoying the anime though, especially the art-style and animation. Ima have to rewatch this to clear up any misconceptions I have about it. 😄

This ending fits this anime so well, and everytime the songs started when watching the show my heart got heavy, I could feel the weight of every episode it that first few seconds of that song. Really good anime, even better song

One of the best American soundtrack in an anime production. And a season 2 was confirmed on myanimelist next year along with attack on titan season 4 and oregairu season 3. 2021 seems to be more promising than 2020. Apparently it isn’t American - 2023 edit

Marty Friedman - American musician, known for his tenure as the lead guitarist for heavy metal band Megadeth from 1990 to 2000.

One of the best anime series ever on Netflix and anime history. A big hats off to the director of the show and the voice actors. The second season was as good as the first season. Really one of the best thriller/ mystery anime ever
