Hi Nathan great video, one little fun tip about Azov 73210 I found out during my play through is that driving over harsh terrain which the low bumper might catch the ground, you can actually turn it around and drive it backwards and it will cause less of an issue, and because of the rear wheel steer it drives just like normal

If there was a scenario where you could pick only one truck to beat this game with, this Azov would be my choice. Despite it’s Superman chin you cannot go wrong with this bad boy. It will get you where you need to go. 🤘😬🤘

That's my most used truck(have 4now) since unlocking it in alaska @ lvl22+. Up until yukon when i really needed the active suspension(raised traintrack is gettin on my nerves). They should give it longbed+crane instead of the wheeladdon. It's indeed slow, but as you enter the wilder regions, slow is fast. 10 wheels gives it additional stability. Great review by the way.

Absolutely agree!

Azov 73210 is definitely a great fun truck to drive. Whenever mission requires lots of metal beams or concrete slabs, I would put two metal beams in the middle empty area between the head and crane and one metal beam in the trunk. Then I can still use crane to stack another 1-slot cargo on the head and it's still super stable. The best part is I don't need any trailer to ship 7-slot-in-total cargo XD

Thats a good way to transport some cargo :)

Slap a small crane and a low saddle on this, hitch a sideboard semi trailer and you can still squeeze some extra cargo on the truck itself, between the crane and the cab. I have moved 4 steel beams at once, with one spot for small cargo still left on the trailer.

One of the best truck in the game in my opinion. Funny because I often try not to use it when I want some challenge, because I know it will do the job. But at the end I will do anyway 😊. Ground clearance is not really a problem I think once you have active suspension.

@@NProvince I don't have it in my hard game save though. Was able to test it with new game+ mechanics. But I don't know if I will have the will to face Amur again to use the Azov 7 in my main save 😵‍💫

I got this truck after your review and I love it. Except of the overhang the truck is amazing . One of the greatest features is how consistent the fuel consumption is , the tayga might be better but it sometimes gets crazy with fuel. If you are playing in hardmode this azov is a win-win

It really is one of the best trucks in the game. It just does everything and only lacks a few things of which you mentioned. You're right, it is a win-win for sure!

I knew you'd come around on 73210 after you reviewed it. I remember one stream a while ago where you said you weren't a big fan. But I had a feeling that might change after you did a full review, lol you gave it a 37. That's only one less point than the Zikz.

Ya know I admit I wasn’t a fan on my first playthrough, but i think it holds up to the rating. After rating it; I kinda had to review everything and make sure I was certain that it deserved it, but after a A LOT of thought I think its quite impressive. I said the word “but” too much in the review. I guess work is wearing down my writing skills lol. To be improved on in the future :)

@@omalamgaming Umm That is gonna be you're call. I think this truck feels more plug and play than the derry. The Derry just has some things you gotta be aware of, but this truck is just easy mode

The azov goes… BONK

The Swiss Army knife of trucks. If you could only have 1 truck it would be this guy. One thing to note is that due to its turning radius that it would SEEM perfect for those super heavy trailers, being able to weave them through tight corners, however it sits very low and we already know those trailers have issues with those legs getting caught on everything. It seems to be even worse with this truck because of how low it sits. It can be frustrating that even slightly bumpy terrain will have the trailer getting hung up and you will need to be very creative with winching to pop that trailer over the hills. But if you use the long cargo bed and a ramped flatbed trailer, you can already haul 7 units, which is not too shabby.

this is definitely top 5 trucks for me. the 64131 was a first love for me, but i like the jack of all trades qualities this thing possesses. i use it for log hauling, crane lifting (for large pipes and large cargo), low saddle hauling, and rescue due to its really strong engine and heavy weight. i think i've tipped the 64131 less somehow though

Amazingly strong for sure!

My favorite truck. Easily the best in the game imo. I even scouted Cosmodrome, and rescued the ZiKZ 605R with it. It had little problem towing that massive beast. Definitely a no-brainer investment for hard mode, as the return of investment is very high, since it's so versatile. It's also stable enough to carry much more cargo with the "crane clamping" technique, and still has enough power to tow the ramped flatbed. On Big Salmon Peak (Yukon) I was able to carry 12 metal rolls with it in a single go. You can save massive amounts of fuel this way, which is again, very nice for hard mode!

I bought phase 4 primary for this truck active suspension, Zikz 605r is awesome, but with this truck I can do anything without worry that much, both tayga is good but too fast for me, this truck is the best for me

Scrolled past this truck in the store so many times, because let's be honest, it looks ridiculous. It's such a great truck though. With the active suspension the front overhang isn't too bad and it can do just about anything with its support for various frame add-ons.

I wonder, with the context of the new phases, would you be willing to revisit the old P12? I still love the thing, but with the really hard maps like Amur we have now it might be useful to give it a second look, especially as your review format changed slightly (to include numerical ratings, among other things) after reviewing it the first time.

That’s actually a really good question. I might plan on doing revisits to update on vehicle performance across the board especially those who got upgrades and such. I might group 2-3 trucks together in one video because these productions since I’ve changed formatting, deeper research, and testing takes a ton of time. Short answer yea I really do wanna revisit older reviews. In my hardmode I bought the P12 because I know in my normal mode I couldn’t do without it in multiple roles. It definitely still holds up

Somehow I’ve had the active suspension for this truck before even going to any of the dlc regions, idk how, I thought maybe it was changed, but I was curious and when I bought the stock suspension the active then became locked and I had to find it in AMUR, luckily I restarted the game before it could save so I can keep the active suspension 😅

Despite having similar chassis length as the Paystar 5600TS, It cannot attach small crane+3 slot bed. Oh well, tradeoff by its fuel efficiency I guess. Anyway, what are your thoughts on the new forester? It’s been updated so it can carry medium logs.

Very true, I guess it’s a fair trade off. I’m actually glad they updated the forester for it can carry more than just short logs. I do wish it could do all types of logs to be honest. I haven’t dug to far into it lately due to doing research and testing on the new Tayga. I will say that the forester would be nice with a diff lock; logging is one of the tougher contracts in the game so a diff lock on a dedicated logging truck would be nice.

I don't understand why with 2-slot sideboard it can have spare wheels, minicrane and a trailer, but with 3-slot - nothing else, even trailers don't attach. Is it THAT long? it should have 4 slots than.

The active was hard to get my poor yar spent so much time on it roof

The only thing I dislike about this is you wait a bit before the truck is takes a little longer to unlock the truck but luckily levels go fast

The bumper should be ok even on the base game. I don’t think it’s dependent on any DLC package.

If you cant drive this because of the overhang and grund clerance, i would suggest that u get a bit more familliar with buses.

Have you attached and used the Raised Suspension? The front end will still collide with stuff, but they changed the characteristics of how it moves through terrain. That active suspension is a game changer.

@@NProvinceActive suspension was in use. But 73210 still slammed it's face into the "ditch" on Black RIver. It's the one with roadblocks and before the fuel station before entering town. 64131 also had the same issue.

@@KenzoLeong Honestly depending on driving speed alot of trucks with a raised suspensions are going to slam their front ends there. I'm not trying to sell you on the truck whatsoever, but it is one of the best in SR despite that large chin.

Great Point! Indeed you do need to be Lvl 20. However you can easily get to level 20 before entering Alaska which is still pretty early game; Considering there are 26 maps across 9 regions.

That f*****g game should to call "GLITCH RUNNER" nightmare game don't buy it so nice but to play but so F****** hell "GLITCH"
