Please women... NEVER beg for a man to stay with you - ESPECIALLY not on your knees ffs. I couldn’t even enjoy the song with those lyrics. Love and respect yourself enough to never degrade yourself like that; it should be an utter privilege for a person to be blessed with the title of being your partner in life. When I was something like Seven, My mother used to play this song pretty loud at night when she was drunk and thinking about my Dad, I'm 18 now and despite of the messed up things she has done, I just love her so much and i'm so grateful to be her son, I hope everyone will find their way to peace and forgiveness upon themselves and on others, Peace ✌️☀️

My mother used to listen to this song and cry very often thinking about her failed mariage with my dad and l was always crying with her because l knew the whole story. I was living through her and her emotions were mine. I was just like 9 or 10. I couldn't listen to this song without crying. It was giving me some kind of anxious feeling. And know here l am, 14 years later, trying to torture myself with those memories or maybe just attempting to set my soul free of these trapped feelings for good.
