It’s funny how she turns after her closing remarks to have one silent final interaction with him on front of the crowds, to sort of smile off the awkwardness…and he’s gone LOL.

Because the truth isn't PC. The truth is that she's said more politically incorrect shit in her career than Bill will ever say and she knows it. She looks like what I imagine those poor bastards who went through Nazi re-education during WW2 would look like. She has this blank stare and it's creepy. She used to be funny. Now she is sad. Fucking seriously. She kept trying to put herself over with her weird-ass flirting with Bill. Bill would start catching fire with his tangents, then she’d cool it the fuck down with these goofy ass segues into asking about who likes who. She didn’t even seem to be listening and just seemed to wait for her turn to speak. Compare her to Conan O’Brien, who consistently puts the spotlight on Bill. He’s always setting him up, feeding into his tangents by asking follow up questions to whatever the hell Bill is ranting about and is generally baffled by the crazy shit Bill says. Bill’s Conan appearances are consistently amazing as a result. Shit like this shows the differences between a talk show host who doesn’t know what the hell they’re doing and a proven expert in the game.

I never knew Sarah Silverman was a qualified psychologist.

Guy must have been really desperate for money to get into that snake's cave.

She'd have get more laughs pouring a bucket of warm runny lard over her head. Woeful best describes what was on display. Plus the tickets were way overpriced. I wouldn't go see her again if you paid me too.

I'm usually a fan of hers but she did come across condescending in this... As an interviewer your job is to make the guest comfortable and get something new and exciting out of them. He gave it an honest shot and I respect that, and she was just virtue signaling by inviting a guest that doesn't normally fit her political standards. This had the potential to be great, but it flopped...

@@Tridentus she self destructed along with alot of other people at the end of 2016. She went way too far down the rabbit hole with the PC stuff and now has a real hard time being funny because her jokes all revolved around being funny because it's offensive. It seems kinda like she wants to turn back but can't. Same goes for any other comic that got hyper political around that time. They are starting to realize they screwed themselves.

Half of Bill's act is mocking women. Half of Sarah's act is mocking men. How else could this interview have possibly gone?

Sarah has done that...and she uses her voice to promote a political agenda...ie she is a shill.....Bill Burr on the other hand is currently one of the funniest comics that exists....she's not even in the top 100

This were the hardest 7 minutes and 30 seconds I lived through

She expressed sincere interest and fascination with him. Did he at any point express interest and fascination with her? Never. Not once. He found her interesting only insofar as she reflected him. Typical.

Bill is just having a conversation, and Sarah keeps trying to talk about them together. "Yeah, you and me.." and "We love each other because.." - feels like she's actually trying to hit on him while he's not into it

Sarah's "Fuck you" instinct is confrontational, which she can more easily get away with as a woman. Bill's "Fuck this" is pre-emptive, because he knows that if he stays he is likely to say - or do - something he will later regret as the police haul him out...

There are only a small small handful of “comics” that can flow that way. And those to me are the real comics. Felipe Esparza, bill, mark Norman, Louis ck. The rest are pretty hacky and uncontrollably laugh at themselves like you’re supposed to join in. Andrew Shultz, joe Rogan, Tim segura, Bert krisher etc. most of these new dudes are KZread famous because of joe rogan. It’s crazy

Bill Burr can be extremely difficult to interview. There have been a few podcast hosts that have been left traumatized after their interview with Bill went to shit. One even had to see a therapist and start taking antidepressants because it went so badly. That's not even a joke. Everyone should use Conan's method when interviewing Bill- Do not talk about emotions or family shit and just let Bill speak. Let him rant. If you break from that strategy then you risk public humiliation lol.
