Near same happens to me @Billgolstein4215. The deepness of the story. The humanity reflected on a machine. Love, Gratitude. Its like a reflect of us suspended on time. Asking many questions and incapables of answer it, we just go with the time. Wow! Not only the amazing quality of the production, but the amazing quality of the mind that produced make me feel chills on my spine. Fortunately this will never happens on real life. Because the questions that we believed were without answers has rich explanation and answers with the time. Many think that death is the end of the road, and it is for some but for the majority of humans that has existed from the very first beginning we have a promise from our Creator. When? One day. Not to far! He will return to erase all the wrongs and reconstruct not only the world but even us physically and emotionally. No more wars, no more evil, no more famine, illness or catastrophes. No matter how many time take to return. Anyway, the wait for us will be just a second after the death, even if the return occur in a millions years(wich is not the case). But this film make me aware of my own reality and future. Make me remember how much human I am. Thanks for a meaningful work CGBros!

All people have gone. A lonely sad robot in a dystopic world after a great catastrohpe. He returns to a place who means a lot to him, to honor his "mother" at her grave stone. How heart touching & infinite sad - how human... † 😞

Kit lives on when everything else dies, so sad. The animation was really good drew me in, Thank you.

Love the detail on the robomedic and all the other elements >> pretty incredible really considering this was put together by one person >> people don't realise the amount of time and effort that goes into creating and producing a 7 minute short like this... simple and yet super effective plot dynamics >> great work for sure 👌💯👀🤖😎🌟

Indeed.

I know robots can't cry 😞but they can feel and I want to cry for K.I.T. 😢 this really hit my heart hard 😭, I'm glad it did.

It's amazing how memories can have an impact on oneself.

Excellent. The ruins of humanity. Its seems not too far off sometimes!

That was actually quite sad, although KIT couldn’t show emotions, our automatic instinct is to paint that canvas full with what KIT would be going through and that mental process gets us into our feels. Genius from the director.

OMG, this touched me so deeply - I actually wept 😢 What a beautiful story and how cleverly it unfolded. I absolutely LOVED it!

Wow... that was unexpected. Perhaps it was due to my own mother passing away a year ago, or the music score playing, but the ending of that actually made me cry.

So real and precise. Loved seeing the shadow of the leaves moving through the sunshine in the ambulance 2:24. Loved how we glided through the trees and their shadows 5:47... The music and visuals so gentle leaves one following the story to insert their emotions onto KIT. Just superb. ❤️

What struck me most is the superb modeling of K.I.T's walk. It is so hard to simulate a simple walk and make it look natural, and here it is perfect. So many body parts (hips, chest, shoulders, head!) moving against each other _just_ in the right way, simulated mass, swinging arms and legs. Stunning for a one-man project. I have seen worse in many commercial products. Chapeau.

The bleakness really comes through. Don't really need to know what happened, it's just bad days on earth. Excellent job of getting the concept to evoke emotions. One can feel themselves in the background observing.

I lost it at the end , tore me up as it slowly revealed the origin kit being the original coming home after all is gone , miss you mom .

I never thought I would cry about a video without any description or words. This video proved me wrong 🥺😭😞😫

This came up third on my search for "funny animated shorts". I did not laugh once. But holy shit, did I get kicked in the feels! Am impressed.

Great job with the animation. K.I.T. was very realistic in its movement, and Theresa's face looked much better than a lot of bigger budget features.

9/10 (only because nothing's perfect). Everything is so good. But a little bit of constructive criticism now and then is good. I wanna point out that in some scenes KIT is brighter than it should've been maybe color grading or something is slightly off. Also I kind of get the feeling it was hand-animated (as opposed to mocap) because Theresa's hand kinda look weird while holding that object, either that or weird physics

Environment looks great, character models float instead of actually walking and the surface and the humans are uncanny valley as fuck. Also the soccer dad's wrist isn't bending when he bends it.. it bends have way up his arm.

Even with d aid of robotic medics , humans become ghost living in their world in d future! Maybe that’s was what we were all originally created for! The final stage of the human worm! To create a robot butterfly that’s floats around in our ruins. We all carried out our programming to get to this stage!

great graphics, great cinematography, no story. You see this with a lot of shorts. I teach fiction writing. You need an intro, a conflict and a resolution. Otherwise it isn't much of a story, more an extended scene.
