What I really love about eckharts "teachings" (already known) is that it makes it easy to have relationships In other words 😹, you can be direct with boundaries using his verbage for things. And makes it fun to work together on being more present... ..but I suppose easier to have a relationship with the most important person.. your "self"

Thank you 🙏 For some reason, towards the end of the welcome space in this meditation, a piece of Nietzsche's philosophy drifted in. Something along the lines of the postman being an agent of rude surprises, and one should read mail once a week and after have a bath. I do find post an unholy invasion, and interruption, a bit like an exclamation mark at the end of a sentence.

hello Eckhart. I am still here in USA Texas. I still have space consciousness in my eyes and feeling stillness with my feelings. The dangerous of organized religion is real and I fear ideologies are becoming a bit dangerous. As for stillness. I try to be still and at peace but I feel like a powerful chaos disrupts my life. This chaos is the worst negativity I have ever witness. I sometimes pray to Jehovah and positive entities as well try to be still. Anyways. Thank you for bringing consciousness into our lives. Lastly, I fear that this chaos is so strong is will take many religions and backgrounds to work together to defeat it. With love and peace. Thank you.

I'm still in the superficial level of consciousness and fear I just don't have the mental/spiritual components to go deeper. Silence is still met with emotions that turn to negative thoughts, and I'm aware of this...but just awareness alone doesn't seem to change my living experience...anyone else relate to that or?.....

The fact that you have this realisation means you're on the right track. Most people dont even realise this. As Eckhart says, don't force it, and it will come.

2:36 Stillness isn’t absence of noise, but the presence of presence. Don’t try to figure it out conceptually. Be aware of yourself as presence, like ocean is aware of its depth. 8:55 It’s in the nature of surface phenomenon not to be satisfying except in brief moment. 💝🚀😎💡🌝💖🍉🌝🌹🌴😎🚀 12:30 You are superficial when you only have egoic conditions. No spaciousness. Now is the opportunity to realise there’s a dimension in you that’s the essence. This is the secret of detachment: spaciousness surrounding your thoughts, emotions and experiences; awareness of yourself as space in which all things happen. Attachment is identification with thoughts and emotions. Thanks Eckhart. 10 March 2024. 🍹💫🍉⚓️🌺🤡🌹🌴🍑🐿🌝🖖

We are all aware of our physical presence. Some are aware of themselves as consciousness itself. But what if our true self goes even deeper than consciousness? What if consciousness is on a level similar to our physical body compared to what we really are? Is it even possible to become aware of our true self?
