I hope the Civil Aviation Authority takes note of these scammers who are harassing tourists and are in liaison with these cab drivers to extort money. There needs to be an invigilating team checking periodically and immediately firing/banning these touts or revoking the licences or banning certain cab companies if their drivers are seen doing such things. Stern action will only prevent such things from happening.

There scammerz have been there for God knows how many years. My sister came to visit us in 2004 and this was the case back then. Last time I came to Pakistan in 2018, same case. There is a huge racket there.

I agree with you. Harry is too nice. He should have raised his voice and told them off. I get this in Cairo airport and I tell them where they can buzz off and it works. Unfortunately poor countries have this issue. I know people want to get money to live, however, pestering travels for money when they clearly do not want their help is wrong full stop.

You should have walked all the way out of the airport grounds and then taken a taxi from outside to avoid the scammers.

That’s crazy! I have travelled to about 19 countries and it’s always the airports where I meet these rippers. It is very annoying indeed but straight after that your face kinda lit up the moment you tasted that pasta. I can understand it’s glorious to eat home style food (I mean what you eat in your home country mostly) after eating local food which of course was a different experience. You need to stop just handing out money especially when you're in the right. Porter situation could have been avoided by not paying no matter what so they don't continue scamming people. You need to stand your ground.

Not really. The hotel can organise this for you. Any country you visit, the hotels can organise PCR test for you for a price. That's what happened to me. Very good service. No need to stress about where to go in a foreign country.

Hey harry and Mac I am loving your content that you guys are making through out Pakistan , it's so annoying for all of us that those people scammed you . There's no charge for getting out of the airport , you guys should have directly exited the airport and should have booked an Uber or a normal taxi . Well I am extremely sorry but you guys payed 10 times more to get to Ramada hotel . A taxi should have taken minimum I guess 150 or 100 cause it's only 10 mins away . So ... We Pakistani are really disappointed on this that this kind of thing happened . Well I hope you enjoy karachi and make more awesome content.❤️❤️🇵🇰🇵🇰
