Now you are explaining how to disable the predictive text its so late , damage is already done and not mentioned this rule in the rules and regulations while writing test.

@@_efayy even after retaking the test, the photo was clear again i had to retake the photo the following day before my result could be released. But I'm happy that i didn't meet any other cost such as for retaking the test. The test is easy when you practice daily, the challenging part is writing since most of us are slow is typing . U need to practice typing skills when u have turned off auto correct settings, spelling, and grammar from your computer. At least if u can type 60-65 words per minute correctly, you are good to go.

Hi! The test is actually taken on a desktop app that you download to your computer, so your internet browser won't matter. You can definitely use a Windows operating system. Same here, I think this who stuff dont work, I am so angry I got two of my test not certified .

Why not you add a system check step before start of test. It is so unfair you dont issue results on the basis that test can not be certified without providing any evidence of violation of rules.

I took the test 3 times still can’t be certified and can’t understand what’s wrong, they really clearly want us just to pay more for the every single test already paid almost $300 and will have to pay more.. this is so frustrating.

The problem I have now is that I didn’t know my in-built prediction key was on before the exam, it was a borrowed laptop and I had no idea she had that on. I never clicked on the predicted words and the spell checker was not active, I’m just wondering if that could affect my certification?

They are scammers. Be careful with this test. They will collect your money and later say your test could not be certified and that you buy another test.

Do you know something and you describe it to others if you do it quickly they don’t know and so they have a hard time or I should say I have a hard time following you because you’re talking because you know how to do it got to slow down please I don’t wanna keep watching the same video over and over

Dear Duolingo team, it is nonsense that you don't have a system to show which program is running and detected before starting the exam. Isn't it something that your system should already detect before the exam starts??!! I closed all the programs as far as I am aware and restarted the computer to make sure, but still, it said, "Not certified due to another program,"! What is the reason or the technological difficulties that you cannot inform us which program was running before the exam started, BUT you can do that after the test? Most of the students would not do it on purpose. However, It is hard to believe that your company does not even build the basic system and sell the product. I found that many people have left the same comments below since last year; I would like to have your company's answer to these questions/complaints/doubts.

Hi Ma'am this is Mohd From India Few days ago I had duolingo test which I purchased from my new Email address after writting the exam my is result shows ""You may not take the Duolingo English Test using multiple accounts with different email addresses. Please only take the test using your original account. Any test taken with an account other than your original account will be invalidated. Contact customer support if you do not know which account to use."" Please help me out from this I'm not aware of this before purchasing test please do something or help me on this issue. Yes please same problem with me I took two days ago . When it was the time of result they said you used multiple accounts and your account has been blocked and you can not take the test by using multiple accounts
