This image shows a father holding hands with his daughter while walking on the sandy beach along the seashore and they look relieved as the waves of the ocean trickle by their feet. There is the bright blue sky dotted with fluffy white clouds in the background which brings us to a wonderful view of the ocean horizon. Exactly in the middle of the image, the man is wearing a blue shirt and black shorts while his daughter dressing a pretty pink shirt and white shorts with many patterns of fruit on it (probably some patterns of apples). They must have had a great family vacation thanks to the excellent choice of where to go and it's certainly the mother who took the picture as she wasn't on it.

Now in 2023, the first time that I did the Practice Test I got 80-130. After seven days of watching Teacher Luke videos and practicing a lot, I got for the first time a score between 100-140 on the Practice Test. Then, I did the Duolingo English Test and I got an overall score of 120 (exactly what I needed!), 120 in Literacy, 120 in Comprehension, 115 in Conversation, and 115 in Production. The courses and tips from Teacher Luke still work in 2023!

This video really helped me. I focused on this area in the test because, like what teacher Luke said, I usually run out of words to say towards the end. Good thing I followed his tips. (LITERALLY ALL OF THEM😋) I’ve got the 135 overall score - Literacy (140) - Comprehension (135) - Conversation (135) - Production (140) Although I was kind of scared about the scores but I guess it’s more than enought than what I’ve expected! Special thanks to you Teacher Luke, you guided us so well, specifically on the production section that people usually find kind of difficult (but I guess I managed to get a sufficient 140 score for it). I know my comment is too long, but I do hoped that people that were enrolling to this exam to be relaxed but prepared at the same time. In addition to Teacher Luke, you are a true hero for us! Keep doing this! You never know how people are so grateful for what you’ve create.

The Father is guiding his son carefully into the sea waves. Probably is the first time of the son visiting the ocean. The young boy looks like very enthusiastic.

Feedback, please! This image shows a man with a little girl holding their hands and walking quietly on the beach. There is a deep view of the light blue ocean, the sky can be admired everywhere. The waves seem to be calm as well as the tide. The weather apparently is sunny and there isn´t any cloud close enough to hide the beautiful light in there. The little waves break down into the feet of this couple of father and daughter who look so peaceful enjoying an unforgettable moment. The father holds smoothly his daughter´s hand, even though their backs are turned it seems that he is talking to her and she listens carefully at the same time that is curious about the waves as well as the warm and soft sand. Apparently, these are a deserved vacation between father and daughter.

@@Ayaelal I'm not a professional but I can help. 1- Watch people do Duolingo tests, and try to learn how they answer. 2- Try to only use English in your daily communication. 3- Turn off subtitles, unless you want to check if you are correct. You should see improvement in your speaking, listening and confidence if you do the above tips frequently. Good luck!

Dear Teacher Luke, thank you for your video, I watched about 10's of yours, did 3 times Duolingo practice test, got 110-130, 105-120, and 110-130. At the time of the real test, I have a hard time to start the test (download the test for 10minutes, 15minutes, last time I waited until 30minutes, then after 2 days and 3 failed start, I changed my wifi to another provider which then started the test right away...tadaa). The real test was harder than the practice, especially the "describe the picture" test (which I only able to write 2 sentences, instead my plan 4) and "fill in the blank" test (which sometimes I don't know the answer). Surprisingly, after sometimes waiting in frustation, I got 120 total result (althou low in production), but since my US uni only need minimum DET 105, I been accepted to my uni. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALL OF YOUR EFFORT TO HELP US ALL 🙏🙏🙏

Hi , Im Andrea. I took duolingo test last year Dec. 21 , and I have 5 days of preparation on my exam in duolingo. I watch all the videos of Luke regarding on how to pass this exam and after my examination I got the results . I want to thank Luke for such a descriptive video. I would like to write my answer below while you asked during this video. This photograph shows, The middle-aged man is holding the hand of his little daughter while walking on the seashore. There is a beautiful scenery of blue sky with some white clouds in the background and the sea seems very calm and forms small waves while in the foreground the man with a sky blue t-shirt with her pink-dressed daughter enjoying the waves of sandy beach leaving the footprint. They both are spending good times on vacation. There might be a mother who took the photo because she might want to capture this moment for memories.

This image is kind of mind freshing and soothing.Talking about the background there is a beautiful sea and a perfect beach where in the foreground an adult and a girl both are exploring the seashore . Both of them must be co-related with eacother and in the beach for vacation or a short trip,enjoying and refreshing.

The picture shows a blue sky with some clouds that makes the picture more amazing and relaxing. The sea is clean and clear. Father and her daughter are holding hands and are both having fun while walking on a powdery white sand. The little girl is wearing pink sando and colorful shorts while his father is wearing a blue t-shirt and black shorts. They must have both enjoying their vacations and having happy moments while the mother is the one who is taking pictures and having fun as well.
