Tom Holland is real life gymnast, so he does all stunts he's allowed to do (he couldn't do "being thrown from helicopter into a lake" stunt for example, because it's too dangerous).

What Marvel hides about the fight scenes is that the actors participate minimally in them. The little they record is shown in the making ofs, making the audience believe that they do the fights. The high kicks, stunts are done by stunt doubles. To disguise this, the stunt-double has its back to the camera, its face covered by hair or by a mask. When this is not possible, the face is digitally replaced by the actor's face.

I can't remember where I read it, but in an interview an actor ( I think it might have been David Niven? ) said that when he started in Hollywood in the 1930's/1940's, he was advised by a veteran actor (Douglas Fairbanks?) that if he didn't know how to ride a horse, fence (as in swordplay) or shoot a gun, he better learn fast as he would be offered roles that required that skillset. I took some acting classes in college and I remember hearing something similar from acting coaches/teachers that some physical actions needed to be learned before they might be needed onstage.
